Thank you for your videos❤ I finished 25 rounds of radiation and 2 brackey in december,,actually went through alot of symptoms from that and am left with excrutiating pain in my pelvis and down my right leg,,so I am dealing with that.
And now here in August am going into immunotgerapy and 2 types of chemo and ya I will loose my hair. Praying it gets rid of the cancer finzlly as it has spread to my lymph system.
Thank for being honest and encouraging it helps me with the anxiety of what will happen or could happen. Your positivety litterally brings me strength. I have purchased many things you have suggested to help.
I have started wearing a head covering even though I have not started treatment for physchological for me and my grandchildren so they dont see the baldness as sickness. I will just shave my head by week 2 and be done with it.❤

I just want to say thank you so much for sharing your journey. I have Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, HER2 positive stage 2. I was diagnosed January 25th, 2022. At first I didn’t take it well but I’ve learned through this so far that our body is much stronger than we think and a huge part of being successful is having a positive mindset and listening to the doctors but also asking questions. My last chemo will be May 31st. Before then I have 3 left. Watching this video made me cry happy tears because I’m just ready to get to where you are and ring that damn bell! 🔔

    Marina
I'm sorry that you are dealing with this disease. You have a toddler, baby and work part-time, you are incredibly strong. My husband had cancer. It involved many trips to the ER, transfusions, very low platelets. It seemed it was a very hectic time.
After his remission he was on similar types of chemo which took it's toll on him. I was working full time and several evenings sitting in the emergency room for hours without hospitalization. I finally gave notice so I could be with him for the remainder of his appointments. I wish that I did that from the start.
How are you doing now after completing chemo?
BTW....I found out earlier this month that I have a spiculated growth in my breast. My needle biopsy is next week. I too have a lot of axillary tissue.
I'm glad that I found you this 🌄 morning. I will follow you.
Wishing you the best Marina 💞

Since you mentioned Covid, I asked my oncologist if chemo affected the timing of getting Covid vaccines. (I have an autoimmune disease in addition to a recent Hodgkins Lymphoma diadnosis.) She said she does have patients who get Covid vaccines while in the middle of chemo therapy. I was OK'd to get one a week before chemo starts since I was due.
