Spero che la nipote di Elvis, Riley, riesca a mantenere Graceland alla sua famiglia. Era la casa di Elvis Gladys e Vernon ed Elvis ne era orgoglioso. Mi auguro che il secondo figlio di Priscilla(ex Presley) non metta neanche un piede nella tenuta perché non gli appartiene per nulla al mondo(tanto piu che ho letto, lui non amava Lisa Marie).

You have it wrong, she isn't behind anything, did you forget about the court ruling and settlement!
Graceland isn't worth anything, only to fans, of Elvis, as being his home.
If Prescilla has the money to buy Graceland outright, (and she may have) then ofcourse she will be the sole owner of the home.
If that is the case, as you are suggesting, she won't deny her grandchildren access of the property, and all that belongs there.
Then she will let it continue to be the tourist attraction it has become, allowing tourist's and fans to continue their pilgrimage to Graceland each year, to honour Elvis.
She loved him, unlike all the hanger on's who used him.
She married him, she bore his only child, she is the mother, and grandmother of those left.
If anybody can save Graceland, then it may take Prescilla and her grand daughter Riley's money, to buy it, so it remains as a shrine.
But this is all just hypothetical, a board of director's want their money in full.
They can forclose on their loan's.
I doubt Riley and her grandmother have enough money between them, to buy the property.
It would be worth billion's, to purchase!

I'm really glad she and her grandmother have sorted out their differences for the legal side of things as well as their personal relationship. For a while I was between seeing the point of why priscila should not still have the name presley or be buried 🤔 at Graceland verses it being ok to have kept his name and get her burial with her daughter, I don't think she actually wanted to be next to Elvis because we can't always believe here say and media, but now that her daughter and grandson are actually there because of their early unexpected deaths I'm all in favour of her being right to request this as her dying wish 🤞 it would be cruel to let public gossip and allow us the public to decide or to say she doesn't deserve this that and the other so at the end of the day it's entirely up to the remaining presley family.. with Riley at the helm making her own decision both from a legal standpoint and what is morally the right thing to do.. she's the only one who has the right and I actually believe she will have her grandmother there next to Lisa and her son. ❤️ but on her gravestone it should say her first name then her maiden name and not presley.. 😢 being a long time big fan of Elvis I also read her book more than once. He put her through a lot. So there were many faults on both sides but that was their personal relationship and married life so really its not up to us to judge.. Graceland belongs to a board of financial lawyer's and directors, when money is owed, and someone pays all the outstanding cost's, debt etc, as in this case, and due to that debt, Riley is a figurehead, on behalf of the Presley family, this does not mean she is a financial share holder in EP's estate.
She probably gets an allowance from the board of directors for her appearance at the Graceland property, when her presence is required as a Presley official, to speak, help host special occasion's, such as Christmas at Graceland, Easter and thanksgiving.
EP's birth date's, and memorial's of his passing
Same may take place in respect for Lisa Marie, being Elvis's only child.
Elvis week, when Elvis tribute acts come along to perform round Memphis, as part of their respect for Elvis.
Where Prescilla and Lisa Marie would appear at these event's, it is Riley who now has to attend to these duties.
If the board of director's decide enough is enough!
and investor's want their money with interest back, then Graceland will go into receivership, with the trustee, to make sure the right decision is applied to, all dots and t's are crossed, outstanding bills and account's are paid in full, and the properties sold to the highest bidder.
Once all cost's are paid, and if the house and land are above board, all bill's are paid, that perhaps Riley could buy Graceland back, to pay the debt.
Then she can own it.
She would have to beat the higest bidder.
If I for instance, was one of the invester's, at some stage, I would want my money with interest, paid back to me, and if that mean't Graceland had to be sold, for me to have my investment, and I wanted it now, then, unless someone has rhe money to pay me out, in full, then all would be OK.
But if money wasn't available, then I too would want my money back in full. If that meant selling Graceland, to pay me back in full, so be it.
It has no sentimental reason or value to me, to be concerned.
It only holds emotional value to Prescilla Presley.
She is the only person left of the clan, who lived there, with Elvis Presley.
It only holds that attachment for her.
Riley and her sister's may have visited there at some stage with their mother.
