Usually toward the beginning, it's not a rare plate it's just that the others I've seen have looked right over it in the employee book

Lauren, btw, the car that says “help me” but written weird actually belongs to the girl called Natasha that died in an accident when doing the experiment, so that’s why it disappeared, it was a ghost in a possible ghost car is “DE4 T93” or “DEATH 93” and even if you let that guy that was called in for the emergency in, the ending wouldn’t change, it only changes if you let “death93” in or not
