JF is such a humble guy, so authentic and real, and he doesn't seem to care about amplifying himself with bullshit, but always includes other people. I like him; man's man no more or less than himself - a lot to respect in that. Mozz from Oz.
I came to australia in 1980 and recall hearing this man then when i made the comment that this was really catchy and that i thought he had it made as a singer. I never tbought he would go so far, but have to say he has earnt every bit of a following he got. He has done so well as a singer that i dont think there will ever be an artist to beat him. Now in my seventies i look back at his work and just how much he has become one of Australians very best, and quietly think just how much he deserves the title of Australians son. I am glad that he has taken the chance to spent his later years in the company of his family, i think they deserve that time as he has worked harder than most to make it the time he can enjoy, All i can say is well done John you did make it to the very top even if it was a hard road.
