Thank you Susan Flannery for bringing Stephanie Forrester to life. I'm so glad that they ended up killing the character off instead of recasting her. There wouldn't be an actress alive who could play that role as well as Susan did. Enjoy your well earned retirement Susan. You will most definitely be missed.

This is why the Bible says in the Lords prayer! Forgive us our trespasses. As we forgive those who trespass against us! This scene with Brooke and Stephanie touches my heart. My sister and I made amends before she went home to be with Jesus! There was soon much hurt paine and hate for many yes. But! She! and I are both free! from ! I look forward to seeing her again one day!
This true hearted scene was like a mother and daughter between Stephanie and Brooke.
I believe for as long as B & B endures, there will never be a more touching, more memorable part as Brook and Stephanie's good bye! 😪❤

What an incredibly moving scene. When Brooke says I didn't know what love is until I loved you I was so moved by the profundity of such a realization. Katherine Kelly Lang is a truly outstanding actress.
Am sure the tears were also real.. working together for 25 years with someone, they practically become family.

Im a man whose mother was addicted to B&B.. The day I peered into what she was so drawn to..it was this episode, and I cried..I had heard the name Stephanie Forrester over and over for years. When my mother died years before this episode it ended years of conflict between us..She was so much like the character she described on tv.. So you can imagine why this was heartbreaking to me. I saw my mother all over again..my heart hurt over the regret of losing my mother...it was ironic that this show I've never seen until this, that I had realize how much I loved her. She never told me that she loved me

Some people can not say the word "I love you" but I am absolutely positive your Mother loved you. Just could not express it. Believe me I know. My Mum is the same. In her own way I know she loves me.
I begged for my Mothers Love when I told I loved her She said that’s good or that’s nice She never volunteered to say I love you so Feel for you . I lost my Mom this year .

I think deep down Stephanie loved Brooke because they were alike. It was definitely a love/hate relationship, almost mother/daughter like. Susan and Katherine had a deep friendship on and off screen and they made it real and magical. Thank you, ladies.❤
Truly an end of era. Without Stephanie the show never has been the same. Susan Flannery will always be the best soap actress ever IMO (no offense to Erika Slezak)
I would agree with The Bold & The Beautiful not being the same without Susan Flannery as Stephanie. B&B also hasn't been the same without Darlene Conley as Sally either. It's been 15 years since Darlene Conley passed away, and I'm under the impression that the Bell family isn't quite ready to give Darlene Conley and Sally that much deserved send-off.
In the event that B&B gets around to addressing Darlene Conley passing by writing Sally's passing into the story, it'd be fitting for B&B to bring back Mick Cain as C.J., Daniel MacVicar as Clarke, Patrika Darbo as Shirley, and Ashley Tosoro as Kimberly to be included in the send-off episodes.
We also have yet to see B&B address the passings of Michelle Davison (Ruthanne), Phyllis Diller (Gladys), and Joseph Mascolo (Massimo) in the show's storyline.
@@erickirk6966 ITA!!! B&B just isn't the same without Stephanie and Sally. They had such a golden opportunity to address Darlene's passing when they brought on the other Spectra's a few years ago. They could have revived Spectra Fashions with the OG Sally's influence (via phone and internet) and just as everyone is saying "Spectra's back baby!" they all learn that OG Sally has died knowing that her company is revived and on top finally. Such a wasted opportunity.
I'm an oltl fan myself, and I watched B&B before oltl every day for years.
Every show has the power actors, the actors, that if they weren't there, the show would fail. Susan Flannery is definitely the captain of B&B. And Katherine Kelly Lang
Just like on my show, it was Erika Slezak as Viki and Robin Strassers Dorian that was the glue.
Thank you so much for posting these episodes of Stephanie's last day on The Bold And The Beautiful I've been searching for these episodes for years I miss her so much!! It definitely hasn't been the same without her to this day I honestly don't know how it continued on without her.

I get close to tearing up every time at the part where Brooke sings to Stephanie just when she's close to taking her last breath. It reminds me of when Nick was singing to Cassie before she flatlined.

I absolutely love this and I am in tears as i type this. I love the bond between Stephanie and Brooke and how Stephanie pretty much past the torch to Brooke that's why she saved spending time with Brooke for last. No matter how much they fought, deep down Brooke and Stephanie always loved and respected eachother.

This is when I started watching b&b . 2013. Just turned the TV on to this soap and started watching it .didn't know who this woman that was dying and who was with her at first cause it was my very first time watching this soap. Ten years later still watch it.

This episode touched my heart.
Oh WOOOW, this is soo powerful, I watched the beginning of B&B when I was at elem. school, my mom and grandma watched it too, so did the girls in my school with their families.
Now 30 years later seeing this emotional scene is mindblowing! Susan Flannery and Katherine Kelly Lang ROCKED this scene, I love how Brooke looks at Stephanie each and every moment with such compassion and love like she wants to preserve every sec. they have.
I can't watch this again. I cried like a baby when I saw it years ago. Susan Flannery was the best. I still miss her to this day. 💔

I still don't get why Ridge wasn't there to say goodbye. The explanation is so ridiculous, never ever would he have missed to see her for the very last time just because of this stupid "lie" of Brooke texting Deacon and his mother telling him not to come.
It was because Ronn Moss was done with the show.
I'm so glad they did this episode when they did because all of the original actors were in their roles such as Ridge & Taylor not to mention they all looked so young!

Stephanie Forrester the greastest character on bold and the beautiful and what made that show what it was it's a shame actress Susan Fannery left the show like Ronn Moss during the same year,if Flannery had stayed maybe they would've kept Stephanie alive and the show would've had even higher ratings and more amazing storylines

Stephanie hated Brooke for years. Don't get it.
Love and Hate. I think Stephanie grew to respect Brooke because she was a fighter and didn't back down. I think Stephanie began to see that even with Brooke's many faults, she was a woman who didn't cower or let anyone intimidate her. Stephanie saw a little of herself in Brooke--a woman with passion and vision who could at times be cutthroat when it came to business and getting what she wants. Brooke loved Stephanie even when she didn't reciprocate. Of course, it was hard for Stephanie to wrap her mind and arms around the thought of extending herself emotionally to Brooke as a member of the family. But the impending death brought everything full circle and made for true and real moments of honesty between the two of them, and I am glad we got to see that play out.
To me this is a heartbreaking scene because Stephanie Forrester died in Brooke Forrester arms but this proves that Stephanie always loved Brooke the most and this is why Taylor was so angry 😡

10/17/20: Watching QUACK Hayes, telling Katie about her grief over losing Phoebe, made me GAG!! Phoebe realized that her sanctimonious mother was a hypocrite and, THAT'S why they had the blowup in the car. Taylor had NO problem being with Rick, after Ridge drove a wedge between him & Phoebe. And, THAT'S when Phoebe saw her mother's FAKERY. Moments before Phoebe caused her OWN death, she told Taylor how grossed out, she was, by her.
Exactly and yet some hypocrite fans of Taylor forget all that and they have a nerve to call her a better person than any other woman in the show

Taylor was really there for Kathy but she has never treated Taylor with any respect. Always on brooke side despite everything she did to her.
I always watched bold and the beautiful before one life to live. I like to think Susan left because she knew all my children and one life were gone, so was guiding light and atwt she wanted to leave on her own terms, not be forced off. But also Susan requested this write off with Brooke and they did it so beautifully. That background with Brooke and Stephanie and mild piano playing I could listen to that all day.
Great scene I've been watching this Soap scents I was a little girl to know the history storyline b/w these two ladies..To come to peace n truly be free from hate n pain for one another was amazing..I pray to continue to have my peace n my loved ones but to realize in Real Life dont wait till the end to make amends with the ones Yu love.

Exactly! For me Core 4, Sally and Sheilla made this show. I know that Katherine and John are still on but without Susan and Ronn it isn 't and will never be the same! This episode ends the gold era of B&B for me
