I original hid it near the back of the rave underneath one of the chairs, and after about 30 minutes I went to find my juggling balls and it was straight up gone. One of the volunteers said that he saw the person that grabbed it, and he and I both looked around for them without any success. i tried not to freak out and ended up going to the con lost and found, and when I got back to the rave it had just appeared on top of one of the chairs near the back. i guess someone mistakenly thought it was their backpack? could've been really bad because i had my badges and video camera in there at the time
Geez that's awful Arka, at least it had a happy ending. potentially it was a mixup, I'm guessing it was because they put the bag back, that or it was instant regret It would be nice if cons had some kind of coat/bag check system but that requires more volunteers etc. Glad con staff was helpful as they could be and you got your badges and camera back

he was the spy from tf2, i only passed him once though. there was also someone dressed as the T-1000 from terminator. that was the law enforcement one, people didnt get it. i share a telegram group with them i think, i did pass him more than once though and was curious about the cop outfit when he was unloading some stuff out front of the hotel
And I mean he's allowed to cosplay as who he wants, I just wanted to point out behavior that made people uncomfortable. But not everyone wants to interact with non-furry cosplays especially if they are playing uniformed "authority" figures

I don't plan on buying knockoff fursuits online. I already designed what I want mine to look like ages ago. All I gotta do is get it made. Also I think there's a problem with the comments section on RUclips. Despite there being multiple comments shown it keeps saying there's zero. I assumed it was only happening to me.

because of the nature of your videos, it's really hard to tell whether you're joking or not sometimes. at first i thought this was all just an elaborate skit and i was waiting for a "aha gotcha, this guy was actually __! lol!" moment
Accurate summary about how we felt about this guy. Like, I do appreciate the devotion to the bits (TF2 and Terminator 2) but there are certain things that will simply make folks uncomfortable. The cop thing is kind of unfortunate actually, as a friend of mine once did a cosplay of (dog) Leon in his police attire and got some very ignorant comments. But at the end of the day, having the folks around you feel comfortable and safe is paramount in a public event.
Yeah good points, it's important for newer attendees be aware of the demographics of the furry con space which have a lot more queer folks than your typical comic con. People feeling safe and comfortable is important and there's certain things that don't play well and certain behaviors that crossed lines which I addressed
Gavin the creepy fan here. I'll miss the fursuit vids, The editing in those was fantastic. But I won't complain as long as you're satisfied with the what you're working on.
Being on substances is not an excuse for bad behavior. I'm saying this as an ex-alcoholic; if you have a friend who is under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, you are not being a bad guy by cutting them off. In the long-term, you might even keep them from hurting themselves or others and that's more important, than anything else. If you do use drugs or alcohol, NEVER be alone. Even if you-yourself are not prone to cause issues whilst under the influence, it still impairs you - both physically and in terms of your judgement. There are people who will take advantage of you, even in our fandom. Or you simply might not be able to react swiftly in a situation (someone tripping & spilling on your clothes/suit, people running red lights, aggressive individuals, etc.) so please stay with a group and try not to be upset if people cut you off -- it is not to be mean, they just care about you and want you to be safe. Plus, it certainly doesn't hurt to have less of a hangover, in the morning lol.
If anyone stole any of my sonas I'd be furious I've seen very similar sonas to my main (fetch the collie/lab) but they're different enough that it doesn't bother me Some people really suck

Well I understand that in emergency situations or if you are forced to put a hand on someone's shoulder it is acceptable. And even then there are variations of hand on shoulder actions and a variety of hand on shoulder pressures that have meanings! The more pressure you have the more urgent it is. Course, I do understand how irksome and inadequate and uncomfortable you must have felt especially by the impersonator. I hope you are much better now. As for the cop shtick, it’s a terminator 2 reference, the t-1000. Known for infiltration, thought it would be funny to see a terminator at a furcon, in fact my pfp has me wearing the jacket with bullet splatters (reference) and someone’s fursuit head (consensual)
Lastly, I hate bringing this up, but I have Asperger syndrome, I’m naturally socially awkward

Even if it wasn't your intent, it was what played out
The two aspects that bothered people were: asking everyone where I was (creepy), and punching my friend in fursuit (unacceptable)
There's nothing wrong with cosplaying at a con but do not lightly punch anyone if you don't know them and don't have their permission. I saw and appreciate your apology
