Our own Sylke Faya... She will be a year old now. I hope she's happy wherever she is!
I think we are always sad when any of the horses have to be sold because we know they are so loved and well cared for by all at Stal G.
When I found out that Sylke Faya and her beautiful mom were sold, I just cried. She is my favorite filly and I did so want to see her grow up. I'm happy that they went to a good home in Denmark and I hope that the new owners will send updates from time to time. I know it's part of the business of breeders to sell horses now and then, but it is still hard to see our favorites go.
I hope my other favorites Lianne and Mathilde are not sold. They are so beautiful and have great personalities.
I am going to miss Pjirjke and Sylke Faya. She was becoming so special to me. I hope the new owners send lots of pictures and videos so we can keep an eye on them. I know they will have a wonderful home, but they will be missed! Lots of love to them both!
Precious Sylke Faya & loving,gentle mama Pjirkje I’m sad knowing that they will be leaving but comforted knowing that they will have a wonderful new home. Pjirkje is one of my favorites and she will always have a place in my heart though I wish all the beauties could stay forever it’s part of the business of course I know it is even harder for Elianne as Pjirkje is one of her beloved girls. I will definitely miss watching little Fairy grow up with her friends & I’m sure Uniek will miss her best friend & loyal lady in waiting. Love you Pjirkje & Sylke we will miss you both very much.💗💗😭😢

Perusing old videos to help Yvonne. Forgot how sad this one was, but I’m confident that Rein wouldn’t sell to anyone who wasn’t as passionate as he is about the care of the breed.

I'm sad, but not surprised. Stal Okkema did a very nice video clip on both of the mares and foals, and Sylke Faya really showed off that beautiful floating trot.
You're right; it was like lift-off. I sensed then, something would happen.
This made my heart stop!! I thought we'd lost Sylke Faya in another way 😢. But, this is the nature of this life with a stable full of magnificent horses....you raise them to sell them. Denmark will be a better place soon!

@@LindaEll89 Precies, het is onmogelijk om alle paarden te houden, we moeten realistisch zijn. Ik denk overigens wel dat de stal nog meer aandacht heeft gekregen (en misschien wel eenvoudiger kan verkopen) door dit RUclips channel. De mensen zien dat er heel veel aandacht en zorg wordt besteed aan de paarden en dat de kans op een ‘kat in de zak’ erg klein is. Het heeft een hele positieve uitstraling.

It’s sad to say goodbye to Pjirkje and Sylke Faya for several reasons. I loved seeing Pjirkje and Uniek as mature ladies together in the pasture and I was looking forward to see this year’s foals and mommy’s together outside. But we knew the selling of Pjirkje was coming and I’m thankful that she can go to Danmark together with Sylke Faya. They are so beautiful and precious and I wish the new owners love and cherish them as much as the caretakers of Stal Goengamieden and the Follow the Herd community does💖🐴🖤❤️🤍💙

I was thinking how much we would enjoy 6 bundles of cuteness once the final foals were born. Now we must enjoy Sylkje for the short time she and her mother remain with us. It's sad but it is a business and you must earn money to run the business. It must be tough to live and work with these horses sometimes for years and then have to see them. I understand better now why the fans contributed to keep Uniek at the stable for Yvonne, and all the other employees.

I know that this stable breeds and sells. So hard to see that baby go. I am glad that baby goes with momma. I hope they are happy I their new home. I know these are high quality horses that go to great homes.

Oh, I am so sad. I know it must happen sometimes, but Sylke Faya is my favorite of the foals so far. For some reason. And no more Pjirkje and Sjirkje in front of the cart! I loved how those two worked together, and their names rhyme, too. Pjirkje is such a sweetie -- but that's probably one reason why she was bought by someone. I'll miss her very much, and will miss seeing Sylke Faya grow up. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Farms are being sold left and right here in the states. Not good. What kind of future is this world trying to create by getting rid of farms??? Think about it!!
@@jessicapabon2105 Yes, it's happening here in the southern mid-west. Smaller farms are being bought up and "factory-farmed" by conglomerates, and then we have "monoculture" crops. Which then seriously affects both our native bees, and the imported European honeybees as well. Sad days.

So sad that we won’t get to see Faya bloom into the beautiful horse I’m sure she will be! But your right, we can’t keep them all! When I saw the title I got worried but thank goodness they've only been sold. I thought maybe one of them had become severely ill or had been diagnosed with some horrible disease. hopefully as was with other horses that have been sold pictures or video will be sent so we can see how they are doing. I hope they bring their new owners much joy as they have brought me much happiness being able to watch them

I watching fan old video since I’m new to RUclips and read about Myrthe having to be put down. Since I don’t know a lot about the care of horses, it made me think about how hard it is to care for these beautiful animals. So many things can go wrong in life. I admire how positive and loving all of you at Stal G are. The New Year is approaching and I’m praying for a wonderful successful year ahead. 😊❤
