I've watched staeni and uvspro for a long time and it doesn't make sense that you won staeni destroys players In snipers in all of his videos really quickly but Uvspro is a lot slower than staeni in his vids so I don't know.
My guess would be that Staeni is a better no-rules player, but only by a little. Uversus’ superiority in snipers might be down to his strafe, since we all know Staeni has excellent accuracy
