My 10 day mandatory quarantine since I've come back from America is finally over and I decided to make a vlog out of what I go up to in Seoul.

Guys I still have one final LA vlog left! I tried to upload the final concert vlog but Hybe immediately blocked it so I had to edit everything from the beginning again 🥲 I can't show anything with the big screen basically...I hope to upload the final vlog tomorrow, thanks for understanding!

I am currently on a diet and it's really hard I just keep dreaming about food everytime but your videos and things you say and follow are so inspirational like how you said remove the obstacles and just get right on to what you have to do is literally the best advice... I am amazed how long you can work out. (After an hour, I am so tired and get a headache. I was told to eat protein before or after my workout but that only makes me sleepy.) I am very motivated to workout after seeking your videos. It really helps me to do a low carb diet, but I always eat rice as my carb. Always a great and funny vlog with DKdk.

Currently visiting family back in the states and the one thing I was the most upset about having to do quarantine when I go back is that I won’t be able to go to my trainer lol!
The rice - do you have a name of what one it is that you buy if it’s packaged?
The other name for it is shirataki rice or noodles! I'm pretty sure you'll be able to find it on Amazon and other places 👍

Question: I’m curious to know who makes sure you stay in quarantine? Are you monitored or is it up to you to be responsible to do the time?
There’s an app that you have to download and it tracks your location while you’re in quarantine….and sometimes they call you up too
