Best intercom set up available. Neat, and doesn't hang off the side of the helmet like many others. Easy to install, and the new additional internal antenna really enhances the range. If you can't install this intercom easily using the supplied instructions and this video, then you are doing something wrong. Love this helmet and the intercom, makes our adventure rides awesome!
my unit wont startup. the battery is charged (blue led) but nothing happens if i press the + and center button. I just hear the speakers turning on and off

If I don't want to install an intercom, how do I cover the cut out?
It come with a plastic cover.

I used to install a firmware update. Unfortunately, it did not work. Now, the intercom doesn't work at all. Can you please tell me how to reset the unit? I tried to unplug the battery but that didn't work. thank you

Nexx expects you to pay €300 for a frikkin BT-headset. As a bonus the headset, released in 2019, is still BT 4.1.
The price resmbles how carmakers were milking us with navigation systems. Those things couldn't do what a smartphone 1/4 of the price could. And now we are expected to pay €300 for a fkin headset... Which is not even 5.0. (Even the just released version is 4.1.)
Get fucked. I am done with Nexx. /spit
