It can't be released on PC because GTA LCS doesn't exist on PC. You can easily play on PC using the emulator, though. PPSSPP is a perfect option for that, as the commentator above mentioned.

Massive letdown of an ending to an alright mod. I still enjoyed the rest of the episodes, but the ending could have been much better to me. The idea of AI va worked at first until it's flaws came by. Still, not the worst gta mod I've seen, and for a Stories game it's not bad. 5/10.

But now, after revisiting you.. Your channel, frankly speaking.. is getting dead. I believe that you should switch from the 3D UNIVERSE to the HD UNIVERSE people don't like the 3DUNIVERSE and so does RUclips Algorithm. Not only HDUNIVERSE is visually stunning but also it has many mysteries and Easter eggs like EDDIE LOW IN GTAIV an THE INFINITY KILLER AND THE GREAT CHILLIAD MYSTERY..... Thanks for a comment, but I know this :) I already made several videos from HDUNIVERSE. And more videos are in plan. The reason why my channel is "getting dead" is the youtube changed algorythm and I can't do anything about it. RUclips rather promote bizarre clickbaits instead of normal content. Well... luckily youtube is not my carreer and never will be. Thank you for your loyalty and comment once again.
Yeah totally agree that RUclips algorithm nowadays is all about dopamine pumping thumbnails and videos but thats the thing we need to adapt.... I am very much happy to see that RUclips is a hobby for you but if you were to have a switch... It would be good for viewers and the same for you. Thanks for replying....
I know buddy, sometimes I try to somehow adapt. But sometimes my brain tells me something like "don't force yourself and upload what you want". But I'm still trying to do my best.
