heyyo Phat and JBS, another avid supporter from Malaysia here! stumbled upon this channel a few months ago and I've since consumed many many episodes! sori, I can't read or type Chinese but I've been a fan of Hong Kong movies since young but fell out of love with it for almost a decade - only rediscovering my passion for HK cinema in the last year. Speaking of Guilty Conscience, overall, it was very enjoyable, but for me, there're 2 huge blemishes. Knowing that the district attorney is such as a righteous person, why would you manipulate the system to have him prosecute the crime? The other one is the ending scene in the courtroom where Dayo's character laments about social inequality and injustices. It was just too preachy and no court would indulge that. with that said, it's one of the better movies to come out of HK in a long time. also, I truly believe that there's a resurgence of HK cinema so bring it on!!!

唔係樣樣嘢都要講合情合理嘅！如果每一個导演都要makes sense拍的話，電影就不會有人再拍了. 我看過吳導演很多的訪問，他說如果真的跟著法庭程序來拍的話會非常悶，難得香港最近有那麼多好的電影，應該適時鼓勵，不要雞蛋裡面挑骨頭，希望有一天你來拍一套電影沒有人會挑剔，所有東西都是合情合理。開開心心看完電影就好。當然如果拍得太爛的話就作別論。電影不會太make sense ，要不然就是紀錄片了。

我睇咗四次考慮第五次呢類片最緊要係对白，金句，我反而对黄子华要代黄丹妮翻案会面黄丹妮表現是必須，因她入冤獄都因黄子華代她辯護時不用心所致，所以冷待林凉水是对的。而对白我最感受到的反而是謝君豪最後所述「主控官並不一定要將犯人成功立罪，而係要法律对人人平等」而這一段最感人。可不同很多任搬龍門，一定要致人于死地而後巳
王敏德會唔會有啲被忽略咗？雖然好多人話佢只係做返自己，但無乜香港演員駕馭到呢個角色。

個人覺得，王丹妮噶角色係幾難拿捏的，演技來講無得頂，由母愛為咗個女噶真相，到憎恨黃子華老屈自己，厭世的神態，再到相信黃子華打贏官司，但中間過渡點過渡得好因為導演無鏡頭說明，單靠一間房見面果幾個shot真係好難演好這種情緒的變化，確實唐突，而且有一幕紅衣女人，入去篤支煙落張檯到俾王丹妮睇，純屬多舊魚
戲始終不能說服我為何，明明資料都齊整點解仲要搵黃子華翻黎打，除了劇情需要，僅僅就係黃子華見過果細露女？
明明係movie review, 但成日戴頭盔話唔係。戴頭盔唔型呀。入得嚟，就係想聽你地呢種平民movie review。唔係要好學術分析, 先叫做movie review。
