For landing the tail would have rotated upwards. A totally crazy design that was just overcomplicated and the design offered no real advantages to the origional stuka...
At the end of the video there is text that answers your question. The vertical stabilizer was planned to rotate up/down. So for landing and movement on the ground it was rotated up and in the air down to get out of the gunners view.
I think the tail should have a wheel so when landing it doesn't scrape the ground
