***To take away the white and just have the sun** Under the 'select' tab there is a selection option called transparent selection. Whatever you drag your mouse over to select will take away the background
That worked, thanks! That's in contrast to two other videos I watched that did not work, both overly complicated and with controls that were either greyed out or nonexistent in my Windows 11.
thanks! i was just editing a dumb little picture and i usually do it with photoshop, but i deleted it off this computer. had no idea how to do anything in mspaint, this is quick and easy and perfect for my desired result!
Before you copy and paste it press the select drop arrow and select Transparent at the bottom. Then you can do the copy and paste stuff over your template.
Online tools are there to make background transparent. Search this "convert to transparent image online". Else adobe photoshop. End results will be in "png". That doesn't means all png files are transparent
This is very well explained, thoroughly descriptive and to the point. Very well done indeed. I'm not sure what the dislikes are for, I came here looking to do this exact same thing and you did a fantastic job answering my questions. Thank you for your Service to the Public. :)
Wow! Your video really helped me out alot! I'll be using the Paint program a lot now - as a RUclips Creator - and website 'operator' as I call myself! I'll do a lot of stuff with it now - that I couldn't have done in the past! I'll look to more of your videos for help! ~~~Nancy
Under the 'select' tab there is a selection option call transparent selection. Whatever you drag your mouse over to select will take away the background
MDTech - For me, the "Ctrl+c" or the "Ctrl+v" did not work. I had to go into the"Paste" section at the top to get the second pic to paste into the first.
I cannot grab and move the image after it is pasted, and it always pastes in the upper left hand corner, which is not where I want it. How do I grab it so I can move it?
Sorry but that is not the easy way of doing that in Microsoft Paint., all you need to do is import the First image then resize the Second image in Pix Resizer (free pgm) and import that into MSN Paint > position it where you want it and click outside the meme.
Under the 'select' tab there is a selection option called transparent selection. Whatever you drag your mouse over to select will take away the background

You're not very specific in informing us. You kind of made the video too short.
You ask someone who knows how to use Photoshop to do it
Yes, I'm sure you do, but even that leaves white jiggered edging. How do you fix 'that' is what I'm wanting to know.
