A lot of people don’t know how hard and how long she struggled to make it. She was a backup singer for years and didn’t hit it big till she was in her 30s.

And Billy likes to peel the labels from his bottles of Bud"....she can write some very memorable lyrics to a rather simple song. That first album is gold.
Have you heard the second one? Massive improvement/growth as a writer. Similar to what happened with Jewel
I think she’s awesome but I’m pretty sure that song is from a poem written by someone else

She really seems very level headed and quite genuine. I don’t know a lot about her but I always thought she might have been quite big headed so that’s my preconception ! Nice lady.
