What shall I do? I am from Denmark, 70 years old, and have a Danish Bible! I am NOT good at reading English, I don’t understand more than 2/3 of it. I went to a Christadelphian church for about a month in the early 80s. They got in new KJV bibles we could buy. As we sat there they told us to open up to 1JOHN 5:7 AND COMPLETELY INK IT OUT. I was pretty shocked. I watched as everyone with pens totally ink out that verse. Me. Well i felt it was so wrong and all i did was lighty go over it in pencil. I could still see it...A girl looking said we were told to get rid of it. I told her it was enough. About a month ago, listening to one of your sermons Pastor Breaker, you led us to 1 JOHN 5:7 and i saw what i had done. So what version of the KING JAMES is correct? What year do we get? There is soooo much confusion on this topic. Can you show us your Bible spine so that we get the right one? The one I just bought has missing words or different words were used and it has changed one verse to that say 2 men lay together. So I went back to my Tyndale NIV Daily Walk Bible because I’m new to reading it and need help understanding. I also just bought the Zondervan Life Application Study Bible. Are either of those ok? Dear br Breaker, I came to Christ in April 1983. When I was saved I wanted to be an evangelist, just like Billy Graham. I thought I had to do a Bible school or Theological seminary. Instead I ended up in psychiatry for thirty years in July 1985. There I had to do my utmost best to survive in the Spiritual WarFare and combat demons. Corrie ten Boom said in one of her books that psychiatry is a place full of demonic activity and she was right. In SWF I learnt what helped me most were: 1. The Name of Jesus 2. The blood of Jesus 3. The power of the Word (any translation, I had faith for) 4. Praising God with music and singing. This is what I had learnt from the dark and deep encounters with demons and I am still applying this up until now, although God has healed me from all symptoms of schizophrenia in 2015. Praise the LORD! (The whole KJV I have read once and many other translations in Dutch and English. I also use German and French translations. What counts is faith for a translation and sound doctrine in using a translation, is my opinion. I believe in the Dispensationalism and the imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ.) Actually it's more to do with scripture itself... The preserve word of God the Mesoretic OT text which was in Hebrew and Aramaic and the New Testament Greek from Antioch which by the way is preserved without error in the King James Bible.... So if you have the preserved Scripture in English KJB... It is Jesus.... A lot of people like to argue... But even people who came up to Jesus with false doctrine got rebuked by Jesus when he said "Ye do err not knowing the scriptures".... Granted they were talking about marriage after the resurrection in Matthew 22:29-32 But still same concept when you look at these names they claim is for Jesus and yet not found in the scriptures or even rooted from the word of truth....

I once experienced demonic activity at my brother’s house. It’s a rental known to have a lot of unusual activity in the house. I was sitting at dining table eating breakfast and felt a really annoying staring intensely to my left knowing no one sitting there with me. It actually made me feel angry about the staring feeling and I looked quickly to my left and chair next to me pushed backwards like a hand pushed it over and the feeling was instantly gone. I felt it no more while staying there after that. I told my brother and he was not surprised at all and told me strange things happen there and to not talk about it. I was shocked this kind of stuff was normal there. As a born again Christian I concluded demons do not like the light from our eyes because looking at it caused it to flee.

I’m super curious about this… I heard that God is called Yah and the word hallelujah has his “actual name” at the end of the phrase/word and it seemed to make sense to me? What does everyone else here think? Also I do have to agree with brother Breaker that the name Jesus has power and HAS saved me in a scary situation where I was sleeping but awake at the same time and couldn’t move my body but was completely conscious with a demon to my side that wouldn’t go away until I finally had the realization to use the name of Jesus and it only happened one other time and you can bet I remembered to use the name of Jesus!

I went to a Christadelphian church for about a month in the early 80s. They got in new KJV bibles we could buy. As we sat there they told us to open up to 1JOHN 5:7 AND COMPLETELY INK IT OUT.
I was pretty shocked. I watched as everyone with pens totally ink out that verse. Me. Well i felt it was so wrong and all i did was lighty go over it in pencil. I could still see it...A girl looking said we were told to get rid of it. I told her it was enough. About a month ago, listening to one of your sermons Pastor Breaker, you led us to 1 JOHN 5:7 and i saw what i had done. I erased the light pencil and now its my comfort and one of my favourite verses.

So what version of the KING JAMES is correct? What year do we get? There is soooo much confusion on this topic. Can you show us your Bible spine so that we get the right one? The one I just bought has missing words or different words were used and it has changed one verse to that say 2 men lay together. So I went back to my Tyndale NIV Daily Walk Bible because I’m new to reading it and need help understanding. I also just bought the Zondervan Life Application Study Bible. Are either of those ok? I came to Christ in April 1983. When I was saved I wanted to be an evangelist, just like Billy Graham. I thought I had to do a Bible school or Theological seminary. Instead I ended up in psychiatry for thirty years in July 1985. There I had to do my utmost best to survive in the Spiritual WarFare and combat demons. Corrie ten Boom said in one of her books that psychiatry is a place full of demonic activity and she was right. In SWF I learnt what helped me most were:
1. The Name of Jesus 2. The blood of Jesus 3. The power of the Word (any translation, I had faith for) 4. Praising God with music and singing.
This is what I had learnt from the dark and deep encounters with demons and I am still applying this up until now, although God has healed me from all symptoms of schizophrenia in 2015. Praise the LORD!
(The whole KJV I have read once and many other translations in Dutch and English. I also use German and French translations. What counts is faith for a translation and sound doctrine in using a translation, is my opinion. I believe in the Dispensationalism and the imminent return of the Lord Jesus Christ.)

Actually it's more to do with scripture itself... The preserve word of God the Mesoretic OT text which was in Hebrew and Aramaic and the New Testament Greek from Antioch which by the way is preserved without error in the King James Bible....
So if you have the preserved Scripture in English KJB... It is Jesus....
A lot of people like to argue... But even people who came up to Jesus with false doctrine got rebuked by Jesus when he said "Ye do err not knowing the scriptures"....
Granted they were talking about marriage after the resurrection in Matthew 22:29-32
But still same concept when you look at these names they claim is for Jesus and yet not found in the scriptures or even rooted from the word of truth....

I notice how the world LOVES to throw around the generic word of “God” to swing the world together in unity, but very few say “Jesus Christ” in public or online! Even Muslims cause their evil leader “Lord.” I proclaim the name “Jesus Christ” and will always do so.
Now I feel bad because I purchased several t-shirts with Yeshua on them so proudly to declare Christ, but I didn’t do it to disrespect Jesus. I loved them because they are in Hebrew. Now I will be more careful of this! Also, I’ve heard some preachers/teachers saying we should be using Yahweh, Emmanuel, etc., instead of Jesus!!! I can’t remember who, but I will be paying attention to this!

I once experienced demonic activity at my brother’s house. It’s a rental known to have a lot of unusual activity in the house. I was sitting at dining table eating breakfast and felt a really annoying staring intensely to my left knowing no one sitting there with me. It actually made me feel angry about the staring feeling and I looked quickly to my left and chair next to me pushed backwards like a hand pushed it over and the feeling was instantly gone. I felt it no more while staying there after that. I told my brother and he was not surprised at all and told me strange things happen there and to not talk about it. I was shocked this kind of stuff was normal there. As a born again Christian I concluded demons do not like the light from our eyes because looking at it caused it to flee.

I’m super curious about this… I heard that God is called Yah and the word hallelujah has his “actual name” at the end of the phrase/word and it seemed to make sense to me? What does everyone else here think? Also I do have to agree with brother Breaker that the name Jesus has power and HAS saved me in a scary situation where I was sleeping but awake at the same time and couldn’t move my body but was completely conscious with a demon to my side that wouldn’t go away until I finally had the realization to use the name of Jesus and it only happened one other time and you can bet I remembered to use the name of Jesus!
