🤣🤣 It was marked with old broken wooden signs and muddy tracks 🤣🤣 A lot of footpaths in the UK get overgrown with grass or bushes. This one was rarely used and so was fairly neglected 😯 Joe is a great sport and fun to be with 👍🏻 Trev
Walked to Woolacombe a few times from the Motorhome site, but by a far easier route. If you turn left out of the campsite gate, until you reach the end of the cycle/walking path, you come to Georgeham Road. Turn right, then in around 3/4 mile, you come to a farm building on your left, and a cottage on your right. Turn right onto a path alongside the cottage, a public path, that goes across fields, all the way to Woolacombe Bay. There is around 3 or 4 gates to go through, not styles ........ the path is quite high up, so you get wonderful views, and descends sharply towards the end. It took us around 50 minutes at a leisurely pace, to get to the beach. Worth doing.
Haha, I feel sure we picked the longest and hardest route but we had the most fun. I wasn’t intending to make a video of this so didn’t film the route accurately but would love to try your route. Oh and there's the beautiful beach. The end result was so worth the possibility of getting smacked with a golf ball lol
