I just read your report on vitamin D that came out on July 1, 2024. It was extensive and very informative…such excellent research, but oh how I wish you’d tested the Puritan’s Pride brand, the brand I’ve taken for years. Bless everyone at Consumer Labs who do such important work for the consumer.

Thanks for your kind words! Glad that you found the report helpful. FYI, we select products for testing based on popularity among ConsumerLab members, based on frequent surveys. So be sure to participate in those surveys, which appear in our emailed newsletter.

I keep heading/reading about taking adequate levels of calcium or K2 with vitamin D3. What’s that about? Is this true?

Vitamin D3 promotes absorption of calcium, and K2 transports calcium into the bones and utilizes it. Research has shown that higher dosages of vitamin d3 help with immunity and remission of disease. Not sure where this guy is getting his info from. 😊
