Good evening Country gyal, Country bhai, Coolie gyal and the rest of the family, the market is really looking clean and nice. You guys have met some wonderful people there. You both have amazing personalities and are quite easy to interact with. The prices seem reasonable. Smaller cat fish, I wouldn't support those because they dont allow them to grow and produce more if they take them so little. We will have a cat fish shortage 😮😮😮😢. Do you know why people need to eat so much hot peppers? It’s because the food is bland. The hot stuff helps with the flavor. Stop eating pepper sauce and see if you’ll still like the food. Put lots of garlic and onions and you’ll see the difference. Stop adding the same spices in every meal. Go back to old-time cooking. You have every kind of fresh vegetables and meats in Guyana. Roast and blend your spices for your curry: coriander, cumin, meti, sarso and mangrile. Add turmeric. My mom taught me about those. Your mom should know about them.
