I absolutely love this saw. I use it for SO many projects. Birdhouses to Planters and so much more. Love the clampdown or holddown bar. Works great. Love that I can cut up to an 8 inch wide board. I have been a Worx customer for probably more than 20 years. Ever since I got the 18 Volt string trimmer which still works albeit an adaptor and lithium battery now. I lost count of how many Worx products I have. I can also say I LOVE my 40 Volt 21" self-propelled mower, 40 V String trimmer and the Brush cutting attachment. Also the 40 V Leaf Jet, Awesome machine and all the drills, 18 gauge nailer, Switch Saw, Switch drill, stapler and so much more. Most of my stuff is old but still works well.

Thanks for watching! I love it too and most of my gardening/DIY tools are Worx :)

The support arms on the side work well as a carrying handle when they’re folded up.

I've used them for this though carefully as I worry they could slip out.

Follow-up Review: So far so good. Ive “cranked out” about 50 bird houses in the last two months = 50 boards x 9 cuts per board. All nice even, straight cuts. Slightly cupped or warped boards tend to easily bind causing the blade to catch. I’m building some Saw Horses now that require some angle cuts 22.5 & 45. The 22.5 on the feet is easily accomplished. The few 45 cuts that are required are a bit tricky (scary) with the blade laid at that angle. The one rather disappointing thing is that this Worx Saw does not permit a standard 2x4 to be cut while on its edge (the narrow side). If cut like this it only cuts down 75% of the way. 😫. I had to finish my cuts with a hand saw. Sooo, if you cut a lot of 2x4 boards, keep this in mind.

Thanks for the update! I'm currently using a Bosch cordless mitre saw (just posted a video on it) but even this has a max depth of 70mm so have to flip a 2x4 if I wanted to cut it that way. I'm curious though, why do you need to cut the board this way and not use the bevel for it - or is it a compound cut you are trying to do?

I have so many Worx products! One I use everyday is the leaf blower. The snowblower is fantastic! Heck, I could go on and on, but this video makes me happy because I do have the Pegasus and if this fits on it, awesome! Thanks for reviewing and posting. Subscribed!

Nice review. Wifey just surprised me with this for my birthday. We have a few WORX products that work quite well, so I’m expecting good things from this mitre saw.

Okay that extra hand feature is effin' brilliant. I need that on every saw for all time going forward!

Oh I have the Pegasus and the other one they sell (I have 5 of those) and the Pegasus is frigging awesome EXCEPT for the splayed legs. You can't put anything under it so it's not good for permanent setup, but it's super stable and really well-made.

Its got in the way a few times but for the most part yes its pretty cool - one of those things that when you get used to it probably don't notice any more which I guess is a good thing :)

Aye no room in my little workshop but I can imagine it would be great for when I'm outside under the car port etc.

This saw was so out of square with no way to calibrate it properly. So everything you cut is not going to look good unless you have his jig

Its perfect for those rough cuts but yes, definitely not fine joinery.
