They did so much hard work to make our childhood speciAl... I'm crying thank you so much for these movies 1&2...
Me too🥰😍🥰😍🥰🎩
Why are you crying??? Tho I love it too but it's not like that big of a deal
It's great memories bro. And u know we are lucky that at our chilldwood we got these movies first time.
@@sajithsajju3991 agree
Agree. I mean that kind of cinematic movie in our era was mesmerizing and flawless with the whole technique.
God bless them. This film was truly the best combo of comedy, horror and action.
To be honest this film was like a tombstone to magic of 80's-90's horror action.
Amazing from 1999 it still holds up today
S
Best mummy movie ever made...ahh those childhood days 😭😭
This is one of my favorit movies acctualy
Same, my favorite part is when evelyn's brother scares her in the beginning
This movie worked so well because it didn’t take itself too seriously, unlike the Tom Cruise version
Thank you for this amazing movie. Every time i watch it, i am taken back to my childhood, and i love ancient Egypt, its mysteries, and its wonders.
We need a spin off mummy movie that explore evelyn as nefertiti. Maybe rick was a medjai and also imhotep.
Same here, I'm actually tearing up when i watch it again. I think for us it's much more then a movie, it's going back to our childhood 🥲
I love that this was such an innovative and fresh take, people don't realize it's a play / remake.
I truly love this movie I have seen it a hundred times.
0:50 me waiting guy in front of me using ATM machine
I love the director.. He's also director of van helsing
Huge jackmann
Another solid action adventure/ monster movie
I love that movie from my childhood
Same.Amazing feelings
I miss films like this, it was such a fun film back in 99 and it's still one of those films you can watch again 20+ years later and still laugh at.
Brendan was a true badass.
I'm personally a big fan of Stephen Sommers all of his movies were amazing but the staffs also deserve credit for the success of these movies and hope to see one of his films once again
I was 9 year old when this film was release in 1999 now I m 31 year s old but still I love this movie
My childhood is back. Still amaze to this movie. 😱🥰
I love this movie from the first time I saw it till now I don’t get tired of watching it such a wonderful movie thank you guys for making such a great movie
Awesome film with a great story & characters. The effects & overall film still hold up extremely well too, even now 25 years later.
Both these movies(1&2) are those types..which can watched several times and generation after generation.
My favourite movie
Thank you for making my childhood awesome
Great special effects are a combination of digital plus practical and these guys nailed it
I watched this film when I was 19, now my teens are watching this as well and they love it!
I remembered 1st time after watching couldn't sleep, having nightmares. Well done to Stephen sommers directed 2 perfect films and hired perfect cast! 👏👏
These CGI looked so good for its time, I will always remember the intro scene with the sunset pyramids, people hanging at the square, so freakin good
The VFX of this movie has been amazing .I m from Cameroon .I watched this movie during my childhood it was so amazing .today I'm going to be trained in filmmaking and acting to be a great filmmaker like James Cameron and great actor like the rock .
am so LUCKY to catch reruns of all three films on tv a few days ago!!!!!!!
EASILY ON MY TOP THREE MOST FAVORITE!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
this masterpiece movie made me archaeologist now, cheers to childhood
My all time favourite hero Brenden and villan imphoteh and the heoriene too and the mummy characters still evergreen movie 😍
My favorite scene...the mummy fight scene. O'Connell hit that mummy's head out of the stadium!
They truly don't make them like they used to be. Now a days everything is just lazy CGI. Nothing is practical anymore...
Did you see the mummy in this movie, I know for 1999 it must have looked okay, but Jurassic park had already come out, plus why couldn’t he have been practical like the other mummies in this video, and just use CGI for the parts of his body where you can see through, and the rest of it be makeup, you focused have done it, just get a guy like Greg nicketerro. I still like the movie, but the mummy in this early parts i have always ha da problem with cause why couldn’t he have just been practical if they did it for all the other ones.
Like original LOTR and the new Hobbit. When Thranduil goes over to the Lonely Mountain to bargain with Thorin, his elven army is full CGI and they look bad up close. And in LOTR, the elven army in Helms Deep or the Rohirrim arriving at Gondor are mostly made of real humans.
Very nice movie love from India 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
2:53, wtf man? this is hilarious
🤣😂😂😂
Yeah that's what it looks like without the cgi. But Brandon Frasier did a really great job making it look convincing
@@Drilbit it was brilliant

Sept 30, 2023
I love all 3 mummy movies but universal should make The Mummy 4 and The Mummy 5 with Stephen Sommers back as Director With the Original Cast back as well Brenden Fraser Rachiel Weisz John Hannah and have 4 be set in mexico or south brazil peru fighting a Ancient Aztec Mummy and For The Mummy 5 have it Be Set in South Africa
Stephen is best director in the world
Great action adventure/ monster movie
All time my fav movie love u
Background music is ❤️
Remember , this is like 5 years after Jurassic Park and a few after Toy Story, this “CGI” was still rather new.
That scorpion king CGI was pretty bad though you gotta admit 😂
Yup, the body wasn't so bad, but the face was obviously CGI it was too smooth and perfect.
It was rushed to be finished. They wanted more time, Studio said no.
I wish they would have spent the time to update it like even for the DVD release.
I liked this movie more over the tom cruise version any day ,because it was part of my childhood as well as the scorpion king.
