Technically, Jokic isn't wrong. This isn't a timeout, eventhough the Suns taking the impromptu huddle, the court still active zone while Booker taking the FT, so Jokic and the Nuggets have the right to be anywhere in the court except the FT zone, including near the Suns bench. KD got baited hard.
