You can also swap a 787B engine into a Mazda 3, the Escudo engine into an Evo 10 or GTO, and a 458 engine into an Alfa 4C. Tried them and they're all bonkers 😂
The Mazda 3 engine swap is amazing for sarthe, easy money easy win, pushing 900hp at 699.90 pp lol
@jonnydee0087 Tbf the Mazda 3 swap is solid, but the Skyline R34/R33 - R92cp swap is better especially for Sardegna 800pp. 725k per 25 mins
@@_d1gl_ I was wondering if the race engine swaps get the improved gas efficiency? Street cars usually are trash for endurance races because you have to pit for gas so often.
@@derekreed4910 Yes the engine swaps change fuel economy, like fuel map 1 in my Skyline now does 6+ laps (like the r92cp)

You need to go with stiffer spring rate on the front when you swap to a bigger engine, i just take the front spring rate and divide by the front+rear rates and try to get as close as the weight distribution as possible
Excellent pointer here. It's accurate too bc the handling reflects the difference in understeer as you compensate for the weight.
And use ballast

You don't need a ballast unless the weight distribution is really bad or your suspension can't compensate for the weight distribution. Mostly why gt wants you to use a ballast is so that you can lower you car's "PP" to enter in certain races
I think the craziest engine swap I have so far in this game is the an RX-7 with the 787B engine in it that I got from an engine ticket.
Shioriko Mifune also ever done the engine swap. She applied her 787B Race Car's engine into the Mazda Miata and Toyota Corolla.
I put an FD RX7s Twin Turboed 2 Rotar engine with forged internals into the 97’ Miata, tuned the suspension ballast and got the handbrake and It’s honestly such a fun car to drift. Loving the way this game is listening to its players

It doesn't yet, there are a lot of cars that don't have engine swaps but i think theyll add more hopefully
Better add a k swap for the mini or at least bring in the turbo models, those things are ridiculously fun in real life

You should do the engine swap for the R34 skyline. Engine is the VRH35Z-R92CP. Makes it have nearly 1000hp and it’s a beast
Though you can get the RB26 TO 960 on it’s own now

S800 with Super Formula SF23 Tyres and engines?
Ultra High RPM Turbo doesnt mean that it spins faster, it means that acts in the Ultra High RPMs of the cars, so a V12 that revs up to 8k RPMs would not even get to those high rpms to make the turbo work
Means epic turbo lag.
You can through the Rampage LS7 engine in the DeLorean. I got mine fully tuned to 1100hp and it hit 280mph.

I did two liveries for the Focus with engine swap, they both mimic the GT40 race liveries in stealth and basic white with stripes. Seemed like a good idea. I even put them under "polyphonydigital" as a search in Showcase.

You definitely got to try one of the Kei car engine swaps like the Beat, and the Cappuccino. Both easily go over 200MPH!

You need to try the Abarth 595 SS with the K20 Swap, verry funny cars and lots of wheeling
There’s actually a ford focused that has a 5.0 with a whipple supercharger and nitrous and they used component’s from the mustang and a lot of it bolted right up( 700whp)
It's funny on how the workers/mechanics toss the engine into the car like it was nothing, gigachad style.

ive found the 2jz gte swap in the S15 and GR86 so they shoud allow it for the A90 supra tbh.

I have had my 180SX for 23yrs and every time I have ever played a Gran Turismo game that's the first cat I spec as close to mine as possible it's not the golden car but you need to have the car you own.
I had the 140 swap when you could do a glitch and get engine swaps from that collection thing, it is indeed nasty with the r35 motor
Pants try these engine swaps-
Evo X with Escudo engine
VW samba bus with 911 (don't go crazy on the engine mods and lower it!)
Jeep Willys with hellcat (just for jokes)
Suzuki Cappuccino with RX-7 engine, tune it to 600pp to grind Tokyo race

@@jpplaysgames5209 True. Because there's nothing unusual about aspiration conversions and the like. Also, cars like the non-turbo Supra and turbo Supra are different enough because their motors have different compression. I haven't played GT7 yet and the last Gran Turismo installment I played was GT4 and aspiration conversion was extremely rare.

@@jpplaysgames5209 Twin/dual-charging is a thing. The Lancia S4 Rally car was twin-charged. Having a Supercharger for lower end power and torque and a turbo for higher end power and torque. It's a complex set-up. That was from like the 80's or early 90's or something too.

Every time Gran Turismo 7 updates, there's no AMG One (I'm guessing Microsoft Forza Horizon got the exclusive rights), Tesla is still the old Tesla Model S Signature Performance (not the Plaid) etc.
It's a damn shame you'll need to level up to Car Collector Level 50 to unlock these mods...

While payouts are still bad...money is easy to get if you put in some time. Do the Circuit Experiences. Also...there are tons of grinding cars. I found a super easy one to use at Sardegna. Less than 25 minutes for a 727K payout.
What do you use for Sardegna? I've been using the NSX GT500 08, but I'm ready to switch it up.

I was messing around last night and wound up finding the Audi RS 5 to be even quicker. No tuning needed. Throw medium tires on it and it comes in at 798.74 PP.

GT7 needs to let you modify the tyres/wheels properly. 1121bhp on 215 tyres has no chance. If you could get 335s on there and have them illegally bulging out of the body work, people would be having a lot more fun.

GT7 has really pissed me off, I’m no pro driver but love driving and it’s so damn difficult to unlock cars now for the casual play who has a job and can’t play every day. The roulette tickets make it worse because I’m yet to actually win a car since the game release date.
It’s feeling more and more like a pay to unlock cars type of game…I had no problems unlocking cars in GT5 or 6 and now I unlock 1 a car every month while I try to finish unlocking the s-class license and the normal game races, I’m struggling to get 1st without extreme grinding…add in the unrealistic steering compared to real life with how loose the cars are ….gt6 felt more relaxed on the g29 wheel when drifting and using throttle control compared to drifting my c6 corvette in real life…somehow the cars want to occasionally flip around180 degrees when doing a burnout from the start, starting from a standstill…i’m yet to ever experience that in my 25yrs of burnouts in real life….I can’t trust any cars in the turns and both me and my girlfriend are completely frustrated with it… they need to stop with the arcade feeling style of driving and just make unlocking cars more achievable for the average driver. I’m ready to go back to gt5 or 6 bc that actually was more rewarding and benefitted my driving’s skills more in real life
If this game ever gets true free roam like forza horizon it’ll blow every other racing game out the water.
