I prefer excel sheets over physical paper, too! I like to do everything on my phone, so that's most convenient for me. I just made an overview of my fixed monthly bills that are all automated. I'm now trying to figure out my variable spendings and I'm tracking them this month so I can determine appropriate budgets for everything because sometimes I'm buying stuff I don’t even end up using 😅 How do you make sure you spend your 22% in a responsible way?
The 22% that I leave myself for spending I spend on anything I want for that week. That way I don’t feel so restricted. Because I’m using the other 22% towards my savings to still achieve some of my financial goals. I just have to make sure I’m not going over that 22% which happens but I try to give myself a little grace because I’m still learning.
