20 million Pesos = US$344,000 more or less. The only tangible asset you get for all that money is 30 used motorcycles. Assume each is worth $2,000 for a total of $60,000. Is a 5 star Google rating and a few relationships worth the remainder ($284,000)??? Also, the business will require your constant attention and physical presence, no way it will run on auto-pilot in the Phils. Sounds absurdly high price. Why not buy a bunch of brand new motorcycles, find a decent Lapu-Lapu location, and do the rest yourself?

The deflection was painfully obvious it’s like watching someone try to bail water from a sinking ship with a teaspoon. Something’s definitely fishy here. And don’t even get me started on the company he keeps still being cool with Regular Guy after that revelation?
That’s a whole parade of red flags right there.
Now, onto the business side. 30 motorbikes for 20 million? Seriously? As a motorcycle enthusiast, I know the market here in the Philippines. If we’re talking about big bikes or high-end models, sure, that’s a different ballgame. But 30 million for standard motorbikes? Come on, man. I’d rather invest in 30 minivans, start a Lazada or Shopee delivery fleet, and actually see a return. This motorbike deal smells like someone trying too hard to sell a bad idea."

They don't even sell businesses here in the U.S. at 5 times net income. He didn't even have the numbers in his mind. All the bikes needs to be appraised and inspected and see what's the remaining useful life of the bikes are. Then look at the income and calculations of business income and expenses and make a determination. There are two numbers that are needed. Price out the furniture and equipment (bikes) of the business (all used). Then calculate the net income of the business. The combined total is the price of the business. I don't think it comes close to $20M pesos.

30 bikes divided by 10.million is 333,333 pesos per bike.

This price of 20 million smells like sticky dry salted fish.

Everyone, just review the video again, take notes on the business comments, Google the peso conversion, use your calculator and then you can comment. Cal,,, i just dont understand the comments from these people that have no money or business experience making judgement. Q has all high end Scooters and Motorcycles. In the philippines, bikes dont depreciate like they do in the US. As commented before, you are not just paying for inventory, you are buying a complete business and if im not mistaken a home attached to the business.
