    3:55 I love this book. Had it during my year 1 of architectural school and helped a lot in spacing things out... God bless Rowena and the author.

    Hey all, there are three books that I forgot to mention that are really good. The first one is "Emotional Design" by Don Norman: amzn.to/3p0yB0r
    The other two are "How to Draw" amzn.to/3cRNuja and "How to Render", amzn.to/2N82S09 both by Scott Robertson
    Enroll in my online industrial design course, Form Fundamentals: bit.ly/3EYVU3X Learn visual storytelling, design language, and form. Make a killer portfolio and land your dream job: bit.ly/335vsqO

    Hi,
    I love your videos. I’m an engineer and never thought design would be so complex. Always thought it was only a matter of being creative. I was so wrong and I learned it by watching your videos. Thanks and congratulations!
    I would like to see a video about paint scheme design. Is it anything similar to the physical design of pieces?
    I’m building an airplane and I started to design the paint scheme for it. It’s turned out to be a big challenge.
    Appreciate any thoughts on that. If you like, I could send some pictures of the design so you can make a video about it.
    There is a huge community in aircraft home building that would love to see it!
    Thanks

      I think what you are referring to is Color, Material, & Finish (CMF) design. It's a very important and overlooked area of design. I might do a video on it!

    do you think its easy to get a job in the product design field ? im unsure if theres any other jobs i can do other than being an industrial/product designer. with an education background in product design, is it possible to have other pathways too?

    • @Design.Theory
      @Design.Theory  3 года назад

      It's hard to get a job in product/industrial design. Not impossible by any stretch...but it is competitive. There are many other fields you can specialize in if you decide you don't want to do industrial design. Check out my video "The End of Traditional Industrial Design & Transition Into a New Future" (I posted it a few months ago) if you want to learn more about that

    • @Design.Theory
      @Design.Theory  3 года назад +1

      I never thought I'd say this in a million years, but PCs are more stable than Apple with most design software. Apple's hardware is also very fragile and very hard to repair. This wasn't the case as recently 6 or 7 years ago, but it is now.

    Bruh center focus the camera, it is very annoying to look at one part of the screen more. Just forget abt the compositional rule while making a video like this
