As a temple worker in the US, we were not asked to get the jab, personal preference and choice.
Amen! Now is not the time to stop attending. Wickedness is increasing, we cannot afford to let it overtake the saints. After everything,I felt like I should never take temple attendance for granted. Attending the temple will arm us with power to withstand evil, uncover deceptions and allow angels to attend us. More importantly, we will be able to Hear Him. Unseen blessings await us there.

The temple is a place to heal. When you feel like you shouldn't be there is when it is most important to go.

Oh my gosh Brother Guerrero I am so sorry I didn't know. It brought tears to my eyes. If i had known i would gave said just go it will help you to be strong & stay close to the Lord during the pandemic. I hope & pray your wife & family come back. If they see you going i am sure they will follow. Please keep going. Heavenly Father was talking to you. You heard his voice. I know it was hard but I had to keep going because the covenants I made. It was sad when temples were closed but now I try to go as much as I can. I live 2 hrs each direction so I have to sacrifice some things just to go. But your closer & it's easier for you. But please keep going. Social media has a way of destroying people because Satan knows he can trap you in social media. Stay close to Lord. Do all you can for your ancestors, their work needs to be done. You will truly be blessed. We love you in New Mexico Brother Guerrero. We truly missed your testimony. 😀

I'm a temple worker and I don't recall being told we were required to be vaccinated. I was never asked if I was.
Temple worker's were told they had to get vaccinated. A letter was sent out. That was it. There was no follow up. Nobody was fired if they didn't comply. But the temple presidency informed the workers about the letter... Once. At least at my temple.
I have been to the temple once since c-19. But we live over 3 hours away one way depening on traffic. And I don't drive. And hubby works 6 days a week. But we plan to go again before the 26th because the Orlando temple closes for 6 weeks for an overhaul of sorts. It will close for 6 months for renovations next year. Then we'll be about 8 hours from the next nearest temple. Once Tampa is built, it will be only about an hour away, again, depending on traffic.
So glad that you have made these choices.
I am now an ordinance worker in our Temple and as stressful as it is to learn everything it will be worth it in the end.
Never doubt that you are very loved by your Father in Heaven and he is so very happy with these choices.

Stay strong brother, this has not been easy for anyone. The spiritual forecast doesn't look very promising but the Lord is our captain in this journey and He will not forsake us. He lives, and this isn't over by any means. Remember, you are a Guerrero by birth and we all need to become Guerreros in order to survive this challenging times.

I forget how similar the Redlands temple and the Newport Beach temples are. I live near the Newport one. I hope you can come to the Yorba Linda temple when it’s built. It’s very close to me. It will be wonderful. So glad you went back and felt the spirit. God bless.

Same happened to me. Since the temple closed, I've tried to go but the new sign-up rules were not accommodating my schedule. Good to hear from you again!
They have recently opened up the schedules at the temples to allow those, who cannot fit reservations or online appointments into their schedule, the opportunity to come and worship in the temple.. They know that there are many times, for whatever situation in our lives, that people feel compelled that they need to go to the temple. Just to drop everything and be there, contemplate and feel the spirit there. Because of this, the leaders of the church have directed temples to leave empty spots in every session, in every ordinance daily, so that there will be opportunities for people to attend. I hope you will be able to come to a temple near you soon.
