As someone who's addicted to rice, here's a tip to elevate your rice. When you cook rice, instead of using water use broth. Either chicken or seafood broth. It adds so much flavor to the rice.
I think I was the one to recommend to you to get the magic erase wet to use it. The one thing I miss about living in an apartment was a lot less chores. My house is more than twice the size of my apartment. A lot of cleaning but worth having a house. Cleaning glass stove if the grease is dry, warm it up, let it cool down a little, some people used dishwasher soap mixed with vinegar, water, and baking soda. Let it settle for like 5 to 10 mins, use a razor and it comes off.

The preset on the Air Fryer are pretty accurate. My Air Fryer for fish is 10mins at temp 375. So yours is pretty close to mine. My Air Fryer has double glass doors like you open the refrigerator in your apartment. I love the double glass doors on it. Your old place was nice that townhouse feeling to it.
