I watched an interview about this music video and Alex Terrible and his band mate SImmons purposely tried to put as many Russians stereotypes into one music video. The tank is an old Soviet Russian tank that they got from someone the videographer knows. I'm not sure how they got the bear but, its real and its basically someones pet essentially.
