I am a woman who is very happy Jerry grew his beautiful hair back.
He looked like an aging dad with the short hair,'didn't rock so much. Glad it's back too lol

NOT ME. I like it about shoulder length, because he's getting VERY thin up top (why he now wears hats a lot). Rock is one thing, but even the best rockers look silly keeping the long hair of their youth.

Was at Degradation Trip Tour in San Jose circa 2001, had the set list in my hand before the encore, stage guard shook his head and said, "I don't think so." Phenomenal show, the next day I was back in my classroom teaching first graders. I couldn't hear a damn thing those kids said for the rest of the week. But it was worth it.

Good to see Jerry and Mike looking so healthy. Jerry growing the hair back is also very good news. The short hair had to have been cooked up by their PR people to help market the last album to the younger crowd and I bet Jerry regretted it instantly, lol

I didn't know Jerry is an alcoholic. Tough times...can relate.
He was a crackhead too. Make no mistake, Layne wasn't the only member of the band with addiction issues.
Not crack, straight coke. He's talked about it a bunch. I doubt he didn't do crack, too, but powder was his preferred substance.
He's been clean since 2003. But Jerry has been what you would call a high functioning alcoholic. I don't think he drinks that much anymore.

All the DuVall albums are amazing. Black Gives Way To Blue, The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, and Rainier Fog. Give them a shot dude. Believe me, you won’t regret it. William and Jerry are both geniuses too.
