I would appreciate if you tell me how many subjects are there in IGSCE, and how many months does it need to acquire it.

It depends on the number of subjects you want to take but the minimum is mostly 6 subjects and you can take up to the number of subjects you want to take. It usually takes 2 years to answer the exam but you can also do it within a year and a half if you can catch up.
