I'm thinking maybe this was a gentlemen who passed away, that had a serious addiction to jeans and shoes! Maybe lived alone without family close bye and the landlord or the city stored his belongs under the gentlemen's name until all his money ran out. Just a guess. Great $$$ unit guys!!!

Tiggers are wonderful things, their tops are made of rubber, their tails are made of springs. They're brouncy, trouncy and full of fun, fun fun. The most wonderful things about tiggers is you now have one. Lol. I am partial to piglet myself.

There’s mold on alot of the stuff on the bottom...probably flooded
On My God how much mold and mildew could there be in one unit??? You guys should report that facility to the Health Department. Other people who have stuff stored in that facility need to know about both the mood and the termites. You guys are very responsible people, it would be sad for everyone to have all of their stuff ruined.
The amount of clothing is staggering. The lack of disorganization, to me, is consistent with someone that has been sentenced to prison. I have been buying units for 25 years and I am still shocked that people own so many clothes. They also pay for their disorganization by storing things that in most cases are garbage. Glasses can be donated to the Lions Club, a civic organizations. They repurpose them and give them to people who cannot afford to purchase glasses.

Maybe helpful advice once day, so thought i wld share. Anyhoot, if ya ever get into a unit with window drapes (n esp if unit is also a sewing haven) check the bottoms of it. Since banks back then wasn't trusted, my late aunt, mother and neighbor used to hide money there by using the cash as weights. Pretty slick if ya ask me!

Christmas trees were hard to come by this year. All our stores sold out. If that is in the box, I’d put it on eBay. Ship it in the same box, so just slap a label on it. You might clear $20 or 30.

Must be KARMA due to your generosity at Christmas, where you guys spent so much time and money buying gifts for the needy....Great to see you being successful...Keep it rolling......I live in a small town of 2600 and my local St Vincents puts about 20 artificial trees out about Dec 1st and selll every one of them within a week or so, ranging from $5 to $25 depending on the quality & height. Have just enough stands for each of your trees and no more! lol
I have to say, that the boxes against the black wall are covered in black mold. That stuff can be deadly. I personally would throw everything in those boxes straight into a dumpster. Watching this towards the end I was literally feeling sick to my stomach it was so bad. I also would have gone to management at the facility to let them know. It's mostly coming from the adjoining unit as you didn't find any food related items in your unit. The ants were another huge indicator that something was very wrong with the unit.
The black thing with the ball at the end is what you wear after carpal tunnel surgery.
Amber, you married a big man child like I did! My husbands 53 still a kid at heart when it comes to toy's! Just keep him away from hoover boards! My husband took a good fall, couldn't use his right arm and was off work for 6 weeks lol 😆
Sometimes when you can't find a tag on the inside of a coat/jacket, the tag be on the inside of the pocket
