Lol yep ok I am gonna cook my steak until its like shoe leather because of this stupid report ugh been eating my steaks medium rare for years and always had no problem. I think this report should be titled, if you buy a steak at dollar general cook it until its black lol if you buy your steaks from a local meat shop or good supermarket you will be fine cooking them how you want...
This warning is completely speculative Costco blade tenderizers all their steaks. If there was any real risk they wouldn't expose themselves to the liability risk
I love the “could make you” tag, kinda like “trump could quit” or whatever . Tons of restaurants use blade tenderized meats just like tons of restaurants use msg
Amateurs. I have been eating black-and-blue steak my whole life. OF COURSE you are not supposed to puncture the steak if you eat it anything less than fully cooked. It really depends on the source of your meat as well. I wouldn't count of meat from a grocery store in America to be safe to eat raw. Or vegetables or fruit either. They make people sick more than meat does. Lot of that shit is grown in Mexico or Asia where they spread human feces on their crops so you need to use your head when shopping and cooking food.
160°??? i’m still taking my steaks off the grill at 128° (internal)
Nasty!!!
Med rare is best.

Those are some sorry ass steaks. And a they look like they're being cooked on one of those "free" grills you see on the side of the road.
I don’t usually wash me meat before cooking. But I do whenever I use a blade tenderizer
When cupcakes grill...

Eh, blade tenderizing is fine as long as you do it yourself right before marinading/brining.
