I deal with the true color not coming out in the pictures too. So frustrating. I have so many items not on my website because idw to deal with customers being upset about that. I understand that perspective so I just don't post it😐 I'll have a professional photographer redo all my pictures and that should solve it for me lol

I use text messaging as well as email through shopify!
