If you like ketchup on poutine, you should try it drizzled on mac & cheese. I like to add a packet of Taco Bell Fire Sauce too if I have some lying around. YUM Costco in Canada makes really good poutine, and the price is good.

You can get poutine in many places in the US, particularly near the Canadian border and in Wisconsin where they make cheese curds too. Cheese curds are squeaky, kind of like buffalo mozzarella. The point of using cheese curds is the bite to them and the fact that they dont melt easily. You only want them to melt like 10% and still have a lot of chew to them.
