Smpai skrg i tak mampu nk pakai seluar or baju yg pendek depan kawan2 since banyak gila scars kat badan n tangan, and idk if i can fix it bfore i find my future husband ( if i manage to find one ) 😂 hehehe semoga kita sama2 kuat :)

Psoriasis saya ada di scalp and ofc selalu berdarah berkeping kulit kepala tu. and dia atack dahi saya sikit. Tapi tula nak buat Macam mana redha je. Saya baru 16. And alhamdulillah walaupon psoriasis saya teruk saya kena Ingatkan diri saya everyone ade advantages and disadvantages. Saya nak sumpah rambut panjang pon tk boleh. Bab kawin tu. yep saya baru 16 ofc fikir masa depan. I meaned ade ke laki sanggup tengok isteri dia Berkudis,berdarah, berparut Macam tu. hm nangis tu memng setiap hari. Tapi hey, jodoh itu ofc ade. So doa banyak. Btw stay positive . And saya share tips saya kurangkan kepingan tu. So untuk kaki saya ade eczema. Besar patches kat atas lutut. Cara dia guna olive oil and then letk Vaseline. ALWAYS MOISTURISE. Sebb bende ni Kering so mmng kena moisturise.. and then jage pemakanan. No maggi no fast food. Kurangkan makann tk sihat tu. water is a must. AND THE MOST IMPORTANT IS Jangan stress. Kbye love u -alhamdulillah🌸💜

He's my dermatologist too! hehe I had a major breakout January last year because I tried a new product and unfortunately, it didn't suit me. I woke up the next morning with a very itchy and swollen face. So, my mom brought me to Dr Noh. He told me I have eczema and bagi i ubat. and alhamdulillah after like two or three days, my face is back to normal. love Dr Noh! oh and he recommended me to use Vanicream, my skin really loves it!! & I do understand the frustration when your skin is extra sensitive, you don't get to try most products at the store, and at some point, you feel down and feels like giving up because you have tried so many remedies but nothing is working on you. I've been there but trust me, we are all beautiful and choose to be happy because its good for your health! (stress can trigger eczema) xo

My sister also had eczema when she was a baby until she turned 8/9. Went to dermatologists but nothing work. She had eczema on her hands and face. She always wear long sleeve shirts even at home. She was just a little kid back then but yet, i know she was very embarrassed. Fortunately my mom found cetaphil. Even though it's quite pricey but it really worth. Alhamdulillah she is 14 now and the eczema has gone. But the doctor always said to be careful bcs if it comes back, it will be more harder to heal and can lead to psoriasis(sorry idk how to spell but it is skin disease). To those who suffering eczema, your time will come. Beautiful things come to those wait so ❤

i ada eczema since baby. i lahir dah ada and till now still but alhamdulillah dia keluar when i'm stressed only. and seriously my parents spends hundreds just untuk supplement, sabun and all. so to all girls, boys ke sesiapa la yang ada eczema, avoid all triggers, jangan exposed your eczema to soap, dust. (and ya, i use eucerin body wash and it works may be you can try)

Eczema i paling teruk during degree life. Masa tu stress sedih malu semua ada bila tgok skin sendiri. Scars everywhere kat badan sampai rasa taknak kahwin sbb malu bakal suami tengok 😂 I try macam macam product & ubat yg doc bagi/suggest, pantang seafoods, jaga kebersihan etc. Lepas mandi wajib sapu lotion taknak bg skin dry. Makan tahun jugak la try and error.. Now alhamdulillah, eczema dah under control & tengah recover nak bg hilang parut. Thank you nisha for sharing!
sister, saya tengah kena sekarang 😭 mula² saya ingat allergic seafood. then Dr pun siap cucuk isi ubat and after 3 days still tak okay then i know it was not allergic 😭 semalam i jumpa Dr balik suddenly she taught it was jangkitan kulat and akan jadi enzema. i tengah study sekarang and now tgh week of final examination at UPM 😭 berpeluh and sangat gatal. btw, thank you sister for sharing 💙💙💙 pray for me too.

Sy dulu kena eczema masa sekolah rendah, and sama jgk mcm nisha naik kat kaki. Dah mcm2 ubt & krim sapu dari klinik mkn tp xjd2. Sampai lah doktor cina suggest beli ubat dia. Masa tu sekolah menengah, 10 biji rm160, makan selama 10 hari without skip setiap pg. alhamdulillah, selepas 10 hari eczema yg sy hadap selama bertahun2 hilang sampai sekarang. Hari ke sebelas tu dah fully hilang tanpa tggl scars, mmg power gila ubt tu. tp yg sedihnya doktor cina tu dah balik China sbb anak dia suruh berubat org kat sana☹️luckily sy sempat makan ubat dia🤣

Hai ! I ada eczema too and 4 out of my 5 siblings have it also. Fortunately our mum is a doctor so she handled us very well since we were little and yess its very very expensive to maintain. And since theres many of us,we tried different products that is a bit cheaper than cetaphil yet works the same. Btw my eczema is quite chronic so i understand completely the struggle ! Here are some of the products ; Dermaveen Lotion -the bomb,works like cetaphil. QV cream/lotion - i love using the cream on my face Sebamed - The price is almostt like cetaphil because it is sooo good. Oilatum soap - THE BEST SOAP for me. For real,non soapy,no smell. Perfect for dry,eczematous skin. I used it for years now,every.single.day. All the products can be found at any pharmacy in Malaysia. However for dermaveen and oilatum,selalu sold out 😂 so check it out fast okay seriously its that good. Hi nisha. i bru develop eczema masa umur i dh 25 yo. Eczema i dekat bahagian kulit sekeliling bibir. I serius rasa malu sgt2 evertime lepas i makan, kulit2 kering sekeliling bibir tu memang obvious akan nampak dan org tegur. Memang rasa low self confident. And trust me, memang i dh hbis byk duit utk penyakit ni tapi none of it works. Kulit kering tu akan lega and then naik balik, on off gitu. Skrg i pakai pencuci muka cetaphil, and i xpakai lipstick lipmatte and others. Just apply on lip balm only. So sad. Nampak pucat je muka. Mcm xbersiap. Huhu

I have eczema since I was 3! It was really a tough journey for me. Dulu memang I have lower self esteem sangat2. I have it all around my body including my face and scalp. Alhamdulillah makin besar makin kurang but yeah the scars remain forever. Some people may think it's just a black patches mcm org tak jaga hygiene tu but it really is my eczema scars 😕 Dulu pun I only stick to Cetaphil but nowadays I dah boleh pakai mild scented shower wash for example guardian and watsons punya shower wash. For face pulak I can tolerate Hada Labo products cause it contains no fragrance and soap free. You gotta be more careful during this hot weather as well. Cause my skin now pun start buat hal balik cause these few days Malaysia panas lain macam.
untuk yg rasa cetaphil mahal (maybe tak la semahal other higher end brands) boleh try Guardian Goat's Milk Moisturising Shower Cream. I ada eczema and this is the only shower cream yg i pakai tak rasa pedih or gatal

I tak tau nk describe I eczema ke apa, tapi my leg always dry. Kering sampai cracked. Tangan pon. I sapu body serum but still sama. Kalau i dalam aircond, kulit I rasa gatal sebab dia mengelupas and cracked. Too cold or too dry selalu akan caused that to my skin. If cuaca lembab skin I ok. Start dari betis sampai ke kaki so sad, Paling I sedih kalau macam seluar tu terselak nampak atas sikit orang akan tegur, eee kenapa kaki kau macam tu? I almost abis rm3k for my eczema but still x hilang.. hopefully this is the last year of.eczema diseases.

Thanks for your sharing Nisha! I'm still having eczema, and I went to hospitals and dermatologist to be treated. It is expensive and annoying cuz we have to cautious ALL THE TIME. I was consulted to used Cetaphil Moisturizer 5 times a day (after solat have to apply) and I also use Elomet (a type of steroid) whenever my eczema flares up. I just had done a blood test that should be able to identify what kind of foods that I'm "allergic" to. In shaa Allah I'll be able to know what exactly triggers my eczema and have the strength to avoid it. Once it flared up so bad, I became pure vegetarian / anti inflammatory diet, which helps tone down.. tapi lapar gak lah 😅 hope this helps others too 🙌
I ada eczema dekat tapak tangan. Mula² kecik je tapi lepas 2 3 years dia jadi besar ans getting worse. Lepas je jumpa dr, dia bagi something to sapu dgn tapak tangan i and pakai pelembab yg dia bagi. And now, makin okay. Cuma still tapak tangan kering. So kena selalu pakai pelembab. And untill now i sti tak tahu apa penyebab tapak tgn i jadi mcm tu.

Cousin i ada eczema dari dia baby like 1 year old camtu and now 6 tahun dia punya eczema serious teruk gila satu badan luka luka and bila mandi mesti nangis sebab pedih. Since dia budak kecik so susah gila nak letak ubat and so on. Kadang2 kesian tgk dia garu garu badan. Kulit dia super dry and macam bersisik. I tgk pun i know how people who suffered with eczema feels.

Akak rasa kena komen sebab klu tak, rasa cam kedekut ilmu 😁 akak ada eczema juga and mmg cetaphil or other non fragranced non soap cleanser and lotion je boleh pakai, like nisha kata. Tapi akak takda scar langsung skrg ni (kecuali new flare ups yg dry patch and gatal2) sebab amik supplement omega 3,6,9 oil. Yg lama punya rashes semua takda scar dah. Tapi maybe this just works for me la, but I'm just sharing sebab I taknak nisha my favourite youtuber ada scar 😍 😍 try some oral supplement too juga ya dear. Good luck

Lee yana Aman same as me! I started using tarte maracuja oil pastu it got better. Now I start getting it again. But the oil dah tak as effective as before. Now I’m using bio oil! It works fine!

May I suggest you to CeraVe moisturizer in a tub? It is very very good. Normally Dermatologist will recommend you to put on wet/damp skin..no towel drying.keluar je dari bilik Mandi boleh put it on to the skin.blh letak Kat muka. Please follow drdrayz . she's a dermatologist.
I did try cetaphil ...it didnt orks on my eczema.but it works on my pimples.they just suddenly dry n fell of, my face so smooth. Btw i try the cetaphil liquid soap. Perhaps i had to try the bar soap too.

Lepastu start naik kat jari jari kaki pulak 😭 omg gatal sgt emm dulu masa kecik kulit kasar je kat leher or mana mana kawasan yg berlipat sbb tak boleh panas dan berpeluh nanti gatal. ALWAYS MOISTURISE. Sebb bende ni Kering so mmng kena moisturise.. and then jage pemakanan. No maggi no fast food. Kurangkan makann tk sihat tu. water is a must.

He's my dermatologist too! hehe I had a major breakout January last year because I tried a new product and unfortunately, it didn't suit me. I woke up the next morning with a very itchy and swollen face. So, my mom brought me to Dr Noh. He told me I have eczema and bagi i ubat. and alhamdulillah after like two or three days, my face is back to normal. love Dr Noh! oh and he recommended me to use Vanicream, my skin really loves it!! & I do understand the frustration when your skin is extra sensitive, you don't get to try most products at the store, and at some point, you feel down and feels like giving up because you have tried so many remedies but nothing is working on you. I've been there but trust me, we are all beautiful and choose to be happy because its good for your health! (stress can trigger eczema) xo

My sister also had eczema when she was a baby until she turned 8/9. Went to dermatologists but nothing work. She had eczema on her hands and face. She always wear long sleeve shirts even at home. She was just a little kid back then but yet, i know she was very embarrassed. Fortunately my mom found cetaphil. Even though it's quite pricey but it really worth. Alhamdulillah she is 14 now and the eczema has gone. But the doctor always said to be careful bcs if it comes back, it will be more harder to heal and can lead to psoriasis(sorry idk how to spell but it is skin disease). To those who suffering eczema, your time will come. Beautiful things come to those wait so ❤

i ada eczema since baby. i lahir dah ada and till now still but alhamdulillah dia keluar when i'm stressed only. and seriously my parents spends hundreds just untuk supplement, sabun and all. so to all girls, boys ke sesiapa la yang ada eczema, avoid all triggers, jangan exposed your eczema to soap, dust. (and ya, i use eucerin body wash and it works may be you can try)

Eczema i paling teruk during degree life. Masa tu stress sedih malu semua ada bila tgok skin sendiri. Scars everywhere kat badan sampai rasa taknak kahwin sbb malu bakal suami tengok 😂 I try macam macam product & ubat yg doc bagi/suggest, pantang seafoods, jaga kebersihan etc. Lepas mandi wajib sapu lotion taknak bg skin dry. Makan tahun jugak la try and error.. Now alhamdulillah, eczema dah under control & tengah recover nak bg hilang parut. Thank you nisha for sharing!

sister, saya tengah kena sekarang 😭 mula² saya ingat allergic seafood. then Dr pun siap cucuk isi ubat and after 3 days still tak okay then i know it was not allergic 😭 semalam i jumpa Dr balik suddenly she taught it was jangkitan kulat and akan jadi enzema. i tengah study sekarang and now tgh week of final examination at UPM 😭 berpeluh and sangat gatal. btw, thank you sister for sharing 💙💙💙 pray for me too.

Sy dulu kena eczema masa sekolah rendah, and sama jgk mcm nisha naik kat kaki. Dah mcm2 ubt & krim sapu dari klinik mkn tp xjd2. Sampai lah doktor cina suggest beli ubat dia. Masa tu sekolah menengah, 10 biji rm160, makan selama 10 hari without skip setiap pg. alhamdulillah, selepas 10 hari eczema yg sy hadap selama bertahun2 hilang sampai sekarang. Hari ke sebelas tu dah fully hilang tanpa tggl scars, mmg power gila ubt tu. tp yg sedihnya doktor cina tu dah balik China sbb anak dia suruh berubat org kat sana☹️luckily sy sempat makan ubat dia🤣

Hai ! I ada eczema too and 4 out of my 5 siblings have it also. Fortunately our mum is a doctor so she handled us very well since we were little and yess its very very expensive to maintain. And since theres many of us,we tried different products that is a bit cheaper than cetaphil yet works the same. Btw my eczema is quite chronic so i understand completely the struggle ! Here are some of the products ;
Dermaveen Lotion -the bomb,works like cetaphil.
QV cream/lotion - i love using the cream on my face
Sebamed - The price is almostt like cetaphil because it is sooo good.
Oilatum soap - THE BEST SOAP for me. For real,non soapy,no smell. Perfect for dry,eczematous skin. I used it for years now,every.single.day.
All the products can be found at any pharmacy in Malaysia. However for dermaveen and oilatum,selalu sold out 😂 so check it out fast okay seriously its that good.

Hi nisha. i bru develop eczema masa umur i dh 25 yo. Eczema i dekat bahagian kulit sekeliling bibir. I serius rasa malu sgt2 evertime lepas i makan, kulit2 kering sekeliling bibir tu memang obvious akan nampak dan org tegur. Memang rasa low self confident. And trust me, memang i dh hbis byk duit utk penyakit ni tapi none of it works. Kulit kering tu akan lega and then naik balik, on off gitu. Skrg i pakai pencuci muka cetaphil, and i xpakai lipstick lipmatte and others. Just apply on lip balm only. So sad. Nampak pucat je muka. Mcm xbersiap. Huhu

I have eczema since I was 3! It was really a tough journey for me. Dulu memang I have lower self esteem sangat2. I have it all around my body including my face and scalp. Alhamdulillah makin besar makin kurang but yeah the scars remain forever. Some people may think it's just a black patches mcm org tak jaga hygiene tu but it really is my eczema scars 😕 Dulu pun I only stick to Cetaphil but nowadays I dah boleh pakai mild scented shower wash for example guardian and watsons punya shower wash. For face pulak I can tolerate Hada Labo products cause it contains no fragrance and soap free. You gotta be more careful during this hot weather as well. Cause my skin now pun start buat hal balik cause these few days Malaysia panas lain macam.
untuk yg rasa cetaphil mahal (maybe tak la semahal other higher end brands) boleh try Guardian Goat's Milk Moisturising Shower Cream. I ada eczema and this is the only shower cream yg i pakai tak rasa pedih or gatal

I tak tau nk describe I eczema ke apa, tapi my leg always dry. Kering sampai cracked. Tangan pon. I sapu body serum but still sama. Kalau i dalam aircond, kulit I rasa gatal sebab dia mengelupas and cracked. Too cold or too dry selalu akan caused that to my skin. If cuaca lembab skin I ok. Start dari betis sampai ke kaki so sad, Paling I sedih kalau macam seluar tu terselak nampak atas sikit orang akan tegur, eee kenapa kaki kau macam tu? I almost abis rm3k for my eczema but still x hilang.. hopefully this is the last year of.eczema diseases.
I ada eczema since born. Alhamdulillah dah tak kena sekarang but, i am very sensitive. And i pernah guna cetaphil tu. Cannot deny the fact that its very good. Ingat lagi dulu, cetaphil mahal sangat waktu i guna dulu. Waktu tu, malaysia tak popular sngat cetaphil. Rn, cetaphil boleh dikatakan agak murah sekarang. Tapi, memang eczema patient are very sensitive.
Mee toooo !!! Jari jemari semua sudah hitam . Silap sikit terus timbul air2 n gatal . N kelopak mata belah kanan . Semua org blh nmpk jelas . Dh lah kurg cantik n diberia eczema wuhhh but its okey dlu dh puas tunjuk segala daging sekarang Allah nak jaga i jugak hehe malu2 nak bukak sana sini hehe
Thanks for your sharing Nisha! I'm still having eczema, and I went to hospitals and dermatologist to be treated. It is expensive and annoying cuz we have to cautious ALL THE TIME. I was consulted to used Cetaphil Moisturizer 5 times a day (after solat have to apply) and I also use Elomet (a type of steroid) whenever my eczema flares up.
I just had done a blood test that should be able to identify what kind of foods that I'm "allergic" to. In shaa Allah I'll be able to know what exactly triggers my eczema and have the strength to avoid it.
Once it flared up so bad, I became pure vegetarian / anti inflammatory diet, which helps tone down.. tapi lapar gak lah 😅 hope this helps others too 🙌

I ada eczema dekat tapak tangan. Mula² kecik je tapi lepas 2 3 years dia jadi besar ans getting worse. Lepas je jumpa dr, dia bagi something to sapu dgn tapak tangan i and pakai pelembab yg dia bagi. And now, makin okay. Cuma still tapak tangan kering. So kena selalu pakai pelembab.
And untill now i sti tak tahu apa penyebab tapak tgn i jadi mcm tu.
Oily or combination boleh try ke gentle cleanser? Or kena pakai yang oily punya?
Ai ada dkt kepala and dia smpai telinga pastu d bdn pun ada :’) sometimes when pergi saloon pekerjfa selalu buat muka mcm “ eww” like kelimumur yeah its hurt :’D masa tngok muka d cermin rsa mcm mo nngis sbb ya lah kan d kepala so i started wearing my hijab and cover it pastu control pemakanan guna ubat alhamdullilah nsib baik bkn muka😭 2 years imma wearing it pastu hilang dtg balik gurll finally found ma fam here after reading all ur comments ❤️
I ada eczema kat kepala :'> dia ada keruping keruping tau tapi bukan dandruff. Gatalnya masyaAllah.. Bila garu or nak tanggalkan keruping tu dia jadi merah + berair. Garu tu mmg sedap tapi pedih ohh. Bila pakai tudung lagi la, nak nak time berpeluh. Rasa nak cabut tudung 😭

hi dear, u try search scalp psoriasis. i rasa u psoriasis bukan eczema sbb masalah u sama dgn i :) setiap hari garu kepala pastu penuh flakes psoriasis skin kat lantai hmm. And u try google psoriasis journey maybe it helps u :)

tahu tak, almost iols pakai cetaphil almost 2 years taw..ada la hamba Allah kt office iols ni siap bagi nasihat lagi kate cetaphil membuatkan pori2 kt muka lagi besar..till now, still using cetaphil..hehehehe

Cousin i ada eczema dari dia baby like 1 year old camtu and now 6 tahun dia punya eczema serious teruk gila satu badan luka luka and bila mandi mesti nangis sebab pedih. Since dia budak kecik so susah gila nak letak ubat and so on. Kadang2 kesian tgk dia garu garu badan. Kulit dia super dry and macam bersisik. I tgk pun i know how people who suffered with eczema feels.

Akak rasa kena komen sebab klu tak, rasa cam kedekut ilmu 😁 akak ada eczema juga and mmg cetaphil or other non fragranced non soap cleanser and lotion je boleh pakai, like nisha kata. Tapi akak takda scar langsung skrg ni (kecuali new flare ups yg dry patch and gatal2) sebab amik supplement omega 3,6,9 oil. Yg lama punya rashes semua takda scar dah. Tapi maybe this just works for me la, but I'm just sharing sebab I taknak nisha my favourite youtuber ada scar 😍 😍 try some oral supplement too juga ya dear. Good luck

Mine is worst. Psoriasis. Lifetime disease 🙂 and guys, dont confused yourself between eczema and psoriasis. Ask the doctor if it's just an eczema or it is the psoriasis cuhs psoriasis xkan sembuh and akan jdi pnyakit keturunan since benda tu dari dlm darah.

Then doctor gave me sabun, cream and pils. But emm emm dah 5 months I guna yg doctor bg I still x nampak perbezaan dia. Watching your videos rite now. Thank god. Lee yana Aman same as me! I started using tarte maracuja oil pastu it got better. Now I start getting it again. But the oil dah tak as effective as before. Now I’m using bio oil! It works fine!
@@tarts0 I penah guna bio oil untuk spot hitam dekat kaki I. Tp the effectiveness work really slow. Like I kena tunggu for a decade hahaha. And it a little bit spicy so it not really worth for my skin. Maybe I should try that first oil u've used. Tq dear.

May I suggest you to CeraVe moisturizer in a tub? It is very very good. Normally Dermatologist will recommend you to put on wet/damp skin..no towel drying.keluar je dari bilik Mandi boleh put it on to the skin.blh letak Kat muka. Please follow drdrayz . she's a dermatologist.
I did try cetaphil ...it didnt orks on my eczema.but it works on my pimples.they just suddenly dry n fell of, my face so smooth.
Btw i try the cetaphil liquid soap.
Perhaps i had to try the bar soap too.

Nishaaa, thank you! I used to have eczema dkt the palm of my hands, and I used to be so self conscious of it. My body pun ada eczema especially if I used scented soap (I wasnt aware that I had eczema at the time 😖). Now that I’ve gotten them under control I feel more confident, like I belong. Lepastu start naik kat jari jari kaki pulak 😭 omg gatal sgt emm dulu masa kecik kulit kasar je kat leher or mana mana kawasan yg berlipat sbb tak boleh panas dan berpeluh nanti gatal. I pnya pgalaman.. I pon ada eczema..dktor dh psan jga pmakanan, jgn guna sabun yg ad wangian..dlu i x kisah.. Main bedal ja.. Lpastu ad stu kali slh guna sabun muka.. Eczema i naik gila kat muka.. Nak tgkk cermin pon scary 😂 last skli pgi pharmacy dgn muka tu beli ubat..but stakat ni.. Eczema i dkat muka or badan Alhamdulillah xde parut
I pon ade dri kecik😢 I kene jaga pemaknan, takleh peluh2 nnti ruam lead to eczema. Dahlah time kecik2 nak jaga nafsu utk tak sentuh luka tu sgt lah susah.
