Immigration, jobs and rising cost of living and homes and the quality of life and ever increasing cost of living and less stressful living standards that we should address. These are truly issues caused by an expensive government bent on enriching themselves and their crony loyalists to remain in power. It is time to take them to task now and place them where they belong. All the old PAP were good and well intentioned save one who had higher designs. In time the truth will surface somewhere, somehow.

So tell me what kind of creative solution you have if you don't do those skilled job like plumbing then who else will do it

Compared to US, our education system's emphasis is one sided, on theoretical knowledge.
US has some technical hands-on schools (think ITE but at under grad and grad level) and people can get a living wage off working these blue collar jobs

Low wage foreign workers will always be a thing. who else will build your HDB, and how long do you expect it to be built? Low wage foreign workers provides volume to such projects. i dont think anyone can recruit 300k singaporeans to work on construction across Singapore.
