One thing I can appreciate about Jeff Turner, besides the many other things is that he's got a real soulful style of rapping when he sings. It reminds me a lot of Brother Ali, or Grieves. I never grew up with rap music, so I'm more familiar with traditional singers and so hearing more rappers that are this soulful when they rap is just a huge breath of fresh air, literally.
