no, those that were made by plastic can be repaired. I myself have repaired one ( made by Panasonic). the idea is to remove the metal cap, then it will expose the rotor, bearing and the permanent magnet inside (could instead be metal disks for async motors ( some/most AC motors( non-inverter driven one))). Then, you can replace the bearing and do the repair. well, this is my personal experience. The most difficult part is the part removing the top metal disk because it sticks so well to the motor that it is nearly impossible to be removed. after removing it, things will become simple and can be considered easier to be repaired than the traditional metal cased (TMC) AC motor as you need to clip them back together whereas the DC/plastic sealed counterpart only require you to put the metal top disk back in place (of course after assembling the mother back together completely). But I have one major downside, while grease could get into the motor easily, the fully sealed enclosure for the wires means that you cannot replace the coil inside of these motors, unlike the TMC AC motors/counterparts. i think this is the major downside of this type of motor as replacing the entire enclosure alongside the wiring is not good for the environment(environmentally friendly). Also, it is bad for recycling as we (or just me) don't how do they seal the motor, whether if they (manufacturers) fill it everything and mold it with plastic or not ( note that plastic does not interfere with the magnetic field which motors need in order to function). As if they fill everything inside with molten plastic, this will make this thing nearly impossible to recycling as you can barely/cannot separate the plastic (parts) from the coil. (Please correct me if I am wrong or if you have more information on the construction of this kind of seal type plastic motor than me, Thank You!).

haier inverter ac outdoor fan motor 40 watt ki hoti hai kia issay 60 watt ascon say replace karsaktay hai haier ki motor faulty hogi thi, replace karnay say fan ki speed kafi fast hogi hai kia iskay koi nuksanat bhi hosaktay hai pcb ya circuit main.
