2:06:04 Honestly, I originally thought the Orange Guy's true identity was Peter from one of the Flashbacks at 2:52:17. Part of me still likes that concept where Peter was given life because the Real Fredbear/ someone saw him attempt to stop Henry, only for Henry to hit him or something, causing a Springlock failure. Depending on the story, perhaps the pain his soul felt corrupted him. (Yes, I also like the idea the soul didn't pass on, just like the children.) That would turn into the very thing he tried to stop.
I didn't realize that until more recently. With that said, I like the idea of Jack's soul actually secretly still being in his body. Fredbear just couldn't detect it because it was dormant. It's actually what or who he's speaking to and what responds to him, even though he doesn't realize it. If he goes the "Genocide" route with the purple guy, it dissipates/ is non-existent. If he saves the kids, it becomes more apparent, but it's only on the Perfect Ending/ "Just like Balloons ending" that he's freed as well.
