The first thing I noticed was your pink D&B tote on your shelf. Wow! What a terrific bag! The art deco bag is so cute! Reminiscing, I do remember the barrel bag from the early 2000s which is what you might be referring to from when you grew up. I bought that for my daughter when she graduated college. It was such an awesome bag!
I would think that Dillards would honor the tag if you explain the situation and that you’re a content creator. Your hair looks just perfect and your clothes look fine too. Shorts wrinkle. I do so enjoy your videos and your warm smile

I love the Art Deco collection. It goes perfectly with your bag. That happened to me once with a Dillards online purchase. If you call they will most likely price adjust it for you.
I think the stores have better pricing than online sometimes so thats probably why it has that sticker. TFS and have a great day! 🥰

I love 💕 the art deco in the white it matches my Barrel bag. I would take a picture and contact Dillard’s and see what they say because that’s kinda shady. All they can say is no and you’re no worse off. I often use my small bags as bags in the bag. TFS 👛🛍️🚢🦆🙏

Now that's a really cute bag. It's fun and cute. I do the same " bag within bag" It's easy to just grab the little bag for lunch and go. I don't have any art deco piece. Raelle you got thru the video and you did so good with out the edition.

I love this collection in both colors but the one you purchased in white makes me happy because the colors pop more on the white background.
Items purchased on line should come wrapped and in brand new condition.
I don’t buy from Dillard’s but the bags I just received from online purchases from COACH boutique have arrived unwrapped (one of them didn’t even have a price tag ) and it was thrown in the shipping box without much protection.
I really hope that my Rogue Tea Rose in Dragonfruit that is supposed to be delivered today will arrive in factory wrapped condition.

Hi ya Bri! I do love the Art Deco! I would love to have more in this collection maybe if I see a sale. What is happening with these online stores is beyond me!! I’m recalled irked about the lack of caring these companies have as if I’m getting a discount on used damaged goods but I’m not. I will share follow up on any hack I find out about ways around this as it’s really starting to be a problem. I wish stores would just have the item in the store so I could check them out myself as I would rather that shopping experience. Thank you so very much my sweet friend for commenting on this matter. I just wanted to give you an update on my last delivery from Coach boutique.
My dragonfruit Tea Rose Rogue for which I paid full price came in factory wrapped condition inside a Coach gift box with the brown ribbon which has always been my experience with Coach.
I think that when Coach Boutique has an online sale it is to clean up inventory from the stores and/or warehouse for items that have been either a return or on display and as a result they will definitely come unwrapped and probably gently used.
By the way: The Rogue tea rose in dragonfruit is now on sale for $595 plus tax ( 30 % off retail value).

Cute art deco, pretty in white. Will look so pretty with your patent leather. I have had issues getting bags like that. I refer to them as bags found on the warehouse floor 🤣. Bloomingdales was the first one a few years sent me a hideous Tory Burch. Michael Kors sent me a used bag. And Fossil sent me a dirty Sydney as well. Shame to add Dillards, but thankfully yours came well. I have the art deco in the small tassel tote, cute. Enjoy yours! :)
Hi Clara! Oh my goodness shame on these stores for sending bags in terrible condition! I’m sorry that happened! We have got to put a stop to this practice! It’s just not right! I could see if we were getting discounted items but nope!! Hi Raelle! You look beautiful! The bag looks so pretty on you! I love the Lexi for all the reasons you stated. I do wish it had a removable strap. I've seen some content creators cut the strap off, and replace with a chain crossbody strap. That's a pretty look too. I recommend calling Dillards about the price tag. I think they have to honor the lower price on the tag by law. At the very least they should give you a store credit for the difference. I've been getting a lot of online orders from stores, usually damaged. So, now, when I place a new order, I call customer service and ask them to leave a note on my order to ship new, factory wrapped. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I type on the shipping label, "Please ship new, factory wrapped" on the optional line (available for apartment numbers or business names). That was suggested to me by a customer service representative. Dooney's coated cotton is my favorite from their brand. I love the rainbow colors too! Very happy and fun! TFS!
