Nice and relaxing song. I first heard of Chancellor when he was featured in Ailee's song Symphony. Tried to look him up and couldn't find any info. Is he American like Ailee is? If not, his English is pretty good (as well as his singing) and R&B is my favorite so I hope he keeps making more music.
