I love your honesty it opens our eyes and save us a major heart breaks like if we got denied it will hurt but not as much as when we are not expecting it but at the same time if we got approved thinking that we will get denied the happiness becomes big huge and we appreciate it more. nothing in this world as sweet as getting something that we thought it’s not going to work and had some doubts about it. Thank you Jim you are the best👍🏻. Great job Keep it going❤️.
    Your biggest fan ,

He is actually right. I was lied to at a naturalization interview being told I needed to provide certain documents and that I would be rescheduled for another appointment in month so that I had time to produce the needed paperwork, but they just said that to get me out of their office and when I received an envelope in the mail a week later I was under the impression that it would contain the date for my follow up appointment, instead it was a letter denial for naturalization. It's not right, instead of being fair and reasonable they simply denied me what I have a right to and couldn't even tell me why because there was no reason or ground for it.

It’s everywhere like that: any country in the world tries to deny, especially from third world countries. I’m from Europe, naturalized in USA, have no offenses: not even a speed ticket. I had no issues with uscis. Be good, and uscis will be good to you.

    Think of it this way:
Applying for US Citizenship is like applying for your dream job. (the American Dream ) There are great benefits. Oppurtunity to work and earn Salary, health insurance, etc. that gets you to have things like house, car, good life and your family. Of course, the US (like many great employers ) would look for people who are qualified, have skills, who are honest, have good moral character. In short, people who can contribute to a great nation. Those who desire immigrating to the US, Ask yourselves first. How am I qualified to become a US Citizen? Am I contributing or am I just another burden?

Hello and thank you so much for being in this beautiful planet where you actually are trying to help people and not the contrary.
in my case i have tried in many ways to search for information on why was i deported (voluntary departure). The judge surprisingly decided to let me go back to mexico when me and my son thought we had a strong case and my attorney used to be the immigration judge in that office. My attorney study the case and said we were okay (meaning i was going to be able to change my status through my 33 year old son). We filed all forms and went to court but after the judge talked to me and asked questions he said the only way i was going to change my status was to get married and had to prove my husband really really needed me in the US.
My question is, what does that mean? and why? all of my records were in the file and what i answered was the truth. any ideas? thank you

  • @js2009-g9f

We successfully survived the immigration process and my wife’s visa was approved and she was allowed to enter the US. When she finally received her green card, her middle name was missing the last two letters. Up to that point all correspondence had her name correctly spelled. Now we’re going through the agonizingly long process to get it corrected. Meanwhile we afraid to travel abroad since reentry might be an issue for the misspelling.
