I love your honesty it opens our eyes and save us a major heart breaks like if we got denied it will hurt but not as much as when we are not expecting it but at the same time if we got approved thinking that we will get denied the happiness becomes big huge and we appreciate it more. nothing in this world as sweet as getting something that we thought it’s not going to work and had some doubts about it. Thank you Jim you are the best👍🏻. Great job Keep it going❤️. Your biggest fan , Moe Pray.
He is actually right. I was lied to at a naturalization interview being told I needed to provide certain documents and that I would be rescheduled for another appointment in month so that I had time to produce the needed paperwork, but they just said that to get me out of their office and when I received an envelope in the mail a week later I was under the impression that it would contain the date for my follow up appointment, instead it was a letter denial for naturalization. It's not right, instead of being fair and reasonable they simply denied me what I have a right to and couldn't even tell me why because there was no reason or ground for it.
It’s everywhere like that: any country in the world tries to deny, especially from third world countries. I’m from Europe, naturalized in USA, have no offenses: not even a speed ticket. I had no issues with uscis. Be good, and uscis will be good to you.
That's right , back to 2010 i had asylum interview after that they wrote intend to deny with ridiculous reasons. Thanks God after to go approved later but that's fist time i saw they are set up to deny
I can’t wait Jesus to come and take us to his ethernal home, where no rent, mortgage, or bills, but only peace, safety, and ethernal life and heavenly citizenship that acquired only by trusting in him alone ‘ Jesus Christ the son of God’
Think of it this way: Applying for US Citizenship is like applying for your dream job. (the American Dream ) There are great benefits. Oppurtunity to work and earn Salary, health insurance, etc. that gets you to have things like house, car, good life and your family. Of course, the US (like many great employers ) would look for people who are qualified, have skills, who are honest, have good moral character. In short, people who can contribute to a great nation. Those who desire immigrating to the US, Ask yourselves first. How am I qualified to become a US Citizen? Am I contributing or am I just another burden?
Totally true officer was not friendly.. Be prepared all docs needed release possible questions. Also income questions. Not sure what will happen next awaiting decision.but

Hello and thank you so much for being in this beautiful planet where you actually are trying to help people and not the contrary. in my case i have tried in many ways to search for information on why was i deported (voluntary departure). The judge surprisingly decided to let me go back to mexico when me and my son thought we had a strong case and my attorney used to be the immigration judge in that office. My attorney study the case and said we were okay (meaning i was going to be able to change my status through my 33 year old son). We filed all forms and went to court but after the judge talked to me and asked questions he said the only way i was going to change my status was to get married and had to prove my husband really really needed me in the US. My question is, what does that mean? and why? all of my records were in the file and what i answered was the truth. any ideas? thank you

Because the burden of proof is on the applicants. Under the law the USCIS of course has to default to denial unless the applicant can show eligibility for benefits.
We successfully survived the immigration process and my wife’s visa was approved and she was allowed to enter the US. When she finally received her green card, her middle name was missing the last two letters. Up to that point all correspondence had her name correctly spelled. Now we’re going through the agonizingly long process to get it corrected. Meanwhile we afraid to travel abroad since reentry might be an issue for the misspelling.
What would you do if your case got withdrawal? It’s been more than 2 years they withdraw my case for my citizenship and I haven’t receive any latter so far just the first one saying that my case was dined and if I wish to reapply again I could, but I didn’t so far.
It’s been two and half years our interview of asylum still not coming???? U have any idea how long it’s gonna be take and I have two Americans kids here....
Hacking Law Practice, LLC thanks for your answer and one more thing I have two us born kids so on the basis of my kids I can get any status like green card ???
This makes me very scared because I applied for a green card renewal and I have a pending case for reckless driving in the state of California. I’m hopeful I will get it dismissed soon but I’m still scared :(. I was arrested for the crime and I had my green card for 10 years already. I would be crushed and devastated if my green card renewal was denied.

I think this is a nice way of putting it. I may use this analogy with some of my clients.
what about the pieces of crap that are born in our country on a daily basis, people who contribute nothing to our society?

The solution is Canada !!
Canada has agreed to take more immigrants that the U.S. refuses to allow in.

U mean even those without Status can flee to Canada ?
Trudo... I wouldn't say Canada is the solution but the problem right now, the United States is better.

That is not true, Immigration officers are Professional. They do their job .
Was it always this way or did it happen after Trump came to power?
It got much worse after Trump took office.
Hacking Law Practice, LLC I’m scared to apply for my AOS now because me and my wife have know each other for just 6 months and decided to get married anyway.
And yet there’s so many immigrants in this country lol
Kobey Barella you are a one yourself. Laugh all you want facts won’t change.
False. US is a large country with a big of population, in proportion there are other countries with more immigrants like United Emirates or Canada.
Always poor inmigrants suffer the most...the rule is rich do not like the poor...
So what about the IJs? Do they share the same sentiments as CIS does?
Hard to make a blanket statement, but the IJs are usually a lot tougher than CIS.
Hacking Law Practice, LLC I will take tougher any day instead of a prejudiced officer.
no they dont. they were actually very helpful and made my citizenship finish ALOT faster..they helped me more than you money hungry lawyers would.
