well probelm can solve click on build gradlew (android level) and in top right cornor u see the android editing option click on it then right right in the navigation system click on gradlew after click on elephant symbol then write the signingReport and the both the keys will appear

Just create a resend button that shows up after a countdown. Then use the same code to send the OTP again.
