I put a small amount of half and half.. then put in my protein powder..pudding mix..vanilla flavoring…then put more milk up to the max line and blend With the immersion blender…really having fun coming up with all kinds of flavors….oh and I use swerve powdered sugar when necessary…
OK, so basically like milk plus protein powder and then you add half-and-half and pudding. Mix to give it some extra flavor or texture? Some extra sugar alternative to make it sweeter? I’ve got so much protein powder sitting in tubs that I have not been eating since I switched to the carnivore diet. Now I know what I can do with my protein powder!
Nice video. I have a bunch of those Premier protein shakes sitting in my refrigerator and I have not been drinking them. Now I know exactly what I’m gonna do with them!
I made my first ice cream base last night, my creami will be here Monday, and I used pudding mix. When I tasted it all it tasted like was pudding and it was not what I was looking forward to. Do you ever make it without the pudding mix?

That's how I do mine line up as many jars i want. Variations added as you go. Its really saves time. Great multitasking.
I would do these protein shakes the same way too. That way I have choices. 😋 Yummy!❤🎉
