That's not true all the time. If you have work for them before an they always get good reports about you then when a company doesn't want you anymore they know it's the company an the company is to picky
As a Recruiter for an agency, I found this video to be very beneficial as it clearly outlines some frequently asked questions. Just like any other business, there are good businesses and ones that aren't so good. Do your research and talk to locals to hear out their feedback then - make your own assessment through your personal experiences.
I swear this is what they mean when they say, “good economy, more jobs!”...an underpaid position with no benefits and to cut incentives for those who can already afford life can definitely boost the upper class economy.
Temp agencies are not good in the sense of the companies that use them. The companies use a temp agency for a reason. Because they only want temps. In other words, very few will actually be hired on. Who gets hired? Well, 99% of the time, it's who's popular. That is true. And if you are not someone who fits in (meaning, you are basically Bff's with the management and/or supervisors), then it is likely you will be fired. Aka, laid off. Please aim higher than that. Go directly to the employer, not through a temp agency. They are good for a moment for a couple or a few paychecks. But that's it. Then it's time to go.
Dude the temp agency in Gallup sold my information to telemarketers. I have had this numbers for years without being bugged, went to that temp agency, telemarketers 4 times a day.
😂 in Germany, the extra hours outside of your contract = Time account, pay incentives are delayed until you swop out the 120+ hours saved, Stail hours, and yes they make money on interest, you could have made, and tell you to go home for a while come back and start over
What happens to your personal information when you quit/deactivated your account with them ? And do you get your w2 from them or where you last worked ?
If you gonna deal with a temp agency it be best deal with one that is temp for hire you work maybe 30-90 days and you get on Permanent don’t let a temp agency just have you Bopping around from job to job know what you looking for it will keep you from Wasting your time and watch out for temp agency that just wanna meet there Quarter…
I got discriminate at the Vallejo temp agency. I got the understanding they want broke black men in this city. I got over 25 years in Construction. I just needed a little wearhouse job. They had excuses for every reason I couldn't work.
I forgot to tell you. Even though I will not be working for the Temp Agency. They still gave me a prepaid work card. A card I can never use. I still got it.
Worked for a Temp agency with a Micro processer company, worst idea ever. They say the agency is there to make sure you're good enough for the company to hire you, but it never happens. Not, even me just being a bitter loser, I've only known 2 people who became company hires, and it was after almost a decade of working for the agency. The agency prostitutes you to the company at a much lower wage than the company hires for the same work and responsibilities, with no benefits. It is essentially a way to circumvent from having to give you 401k benefits, healthcare, and severance packages. Total scam, avoid them at all costs unless it is your first job and you're a young kid trying to build job experience, like mine was.
Thanks for this information. I've been giving temp agencies some thought I'm young and have pretty much 0 work experience. They seem like creepy companies, but I mean, what else can I do when no one will hire me.
If they send to somewhere and that company doesn't like you,the temp agency will always side with the company not you .
There’s no reason to dislike an employee who is professional and good at their job.
@@annic.9605 That: very true, but they will it is what it is !!!

No you and all staffing companies are a scam and you will pay for deseeving people
Downtime sucks but the reality is, there will usually be an end date to your assignment. And if life happens, you'll be back to square one.
Yup there now

Yup they lie and steal your data
Can't you just apply for temp work on your own?
You can, sure! However, a temp agency will make looking for a temp job much easier.
I was deducted by the temp it's a business

Express personnel on Zaragoza El Paso texas talk to you like they are governing and right away have it all figured out. Breaking Rules.
Since I'm in tempt agency do I call tempt agency that I am ill?
Yes !
If you are in the US (I'm in California), all temp employees I have worked with have had to call into their agency to report illness or other --
How much child support will they take out if it’s daily pay ??
Avoid staff agencies there all 🗑
