Reframing in-office team collaboration to work more like a team sport is a huge ask, IMO. Especially with change. Loved the stone symbolism. I wonder if audiences who lean older age groups need symbolism to kick start change. I hope the processes continue to work, it's tough and becomes more cognitively demanding the longer we ask people to remain steadfast in their changed position - especially for prolonged periods of time. Good video.
