Part2 - Note on cheating:
Crime can be done by anyone, but only leaders can commit war crimes.
Similarly, Magnus & Garry don’t ‘cheat’ the way most players do - ‘engine cheating’, where they have some engine or assistant and covertly try to hide something from their opponents. It’s about the Pareto principle. They ‘cheat’ in a way that only they can do - ‘bullying cheating’, where they exploit their status as top players / world chess champions to overtly cheat.
I understand this isn’t quite the connotative notion of ‘cheating’, but denotatively, I’m not wrong.

They're not just good Vs bad. They're also axis of evil Vs allies of evil.
They're both evil but in different ways. I'm saying that even though the axis of evil is evil, they're still more so the good guys compared to the allies of evil - whom I consider the bad guys.
We may disagree on who the good Vs bad guys are, but I think we'll agree on axis Vs allies.
Axis of Evil is the more conventional, obvious or well-known evil.
Allies of Evil is the unconventional or inconspicuous evil.

I view Vlad's accusation of Hans similar to Bobby's accusation of Anatoly Karpov & Wesley's wanting Sergey to not be in the 2022 candidates - it's a good guy fighting another good guy. The real bad guy in each respective case is Magnus, Garry & (either Magnus again or Hikaru). Tsk tsk. It's sad Vlad/Bobby/Wesley didn't realise that Magnus/Garry/Magnus is far more evil than Hans/Anatoly/Hans. Wait, I think Bobby did. Not sure.
