O you who believe, be upholders of justice - witnesses for Allah, even though against (the interest of) your selves or the parents, and the kinsmen. One may be rich or poor, Allah is better caretaker of both. So do not follow desires, lest you should swerve. If you twist or avoid (the evidence), then, Allah is all-aware of what you do. Qur'an (4:135) Show me a verse a ruling a statement better than this! I bet even if we search for a lifetime we won't get it. FIQH is Understanding of Deen Shariah. Even though it is developed over next 2 to 3 centuries its Base is AL ASLAIN the Holy Qur’an and Hadith. The field of Interpretation is Also within the Hudood limitations. Consensus Ijma is of Learned and experts. Analogical deduction Qiyas is also from Roots of Qur’an and Hadith Nas . Human elements also follow Divine elements. Shariah cannot be separated from Fiqh. Thanks for this Important lecture.
A verse of the Holy Quran cannot be interpreted in only one way, with changing times same verse is interpreted with different interpretations as per the interpreter's intellect and rationale understanding too, that is how Holy Quran is relevant in all times from the time its revealed untill the day of judgement, If FIQH doesn't evolve with changing times then within no time Holy Quran would seems to get irrelevant, that is y there r many school of thoughts in FIQH they all interpret the same Holy Quran in many different ways n it keeps evolving with changing times and it should too. We don't know what would be the issues, challenges to be faced by Muslims in the coming next 100, 200 or 500 years but one thing we know that is the Holy Quran would still be relevant even then as the interpretation under FIQH will evolve and give relevant solutions which will not contradict the Holy Quran and yet essence of the Holy Quran will also be maintained

the major problem is the interpretation; what happens when one judge does not agree with another? Interpretation is always subjective and changes with time.

A very sincere advice Sir. I have seen umpteen videos of yours and have consistently seen that whenever it comes to explaining regarding Islamic rulings or imparting information regarding Islaam you falter and sometimes grossly. When you already declare that you're not an expert in Islamic law you should spend sometime with atleast 3-4 scholars of atleast 1-2 hours session so that you can accumulate all information and then reach to a proper conclusion. When you will challenge them with your understanding they will be providing the basis why they are correct based upon hadith and Qur'an. It is a sincere advice to please spare some time and spend with scholars like Shaykh Aneesur Rahman, Shaykh Ubaidur Rahman, Shaykh Noorul Hasan, Shaykh Abu Rizwan Muhammadi. Please do it for yourself Sir and not for your viewers. Because you will be questioned for everything you say whether deliberate or ignorance coz if you don't know you should keep quiet. I know this comment may not find your attention and if Allaah wills and it does then it is going to be very difficult out of your busy schedule, but know that we all have to die and will be questioned so at least find time for your akhirah. May Allaah guide you and me to success. Aameen.

O you who believe, be upholders of justice - witnesses for Allah, even though against (the interest of) your selves or the parents, and the kinsmen. One may be rich or poor, Allah is better caretaker of both. So do not follow desires, lest you should swerve. If you twist or avoid (the evidence), then, Allah is all-aware of what you do. Qur'an (4:135)

FIQH is Understanding of Deen Shariah. Even though it is developed over next 2 to 3 centuries its Base is AL ASLAIN the Holy Qur’an and Hadith. The field of Interpretation is Also within the Hudood limitations. Consensus Ijma is of Learned and experts. Analogical deduction Qiyas is also from Roots of Qur’an and Hadith Nas . Human elements also follow Divine elements. Shariah cannot be separated from Fiqh. Thanks for this Important lecture.
A verse of the Holy Quran cannot be interpreted in only one way, with changing times same verse is interpreted with different interpretations as per the interpreter's intellect and rationale understanding too, that is how Holy Quran is relevant in all times from the time its revealed untill the day of judgement,
If FIQH doesn't evolve with changing times then within no time Holy Quran would seems to get irrelevant, that is y there r many school of thoughts in FIQH they all interpret the same Holy Quran in many different ways n it keeps evolving with changing times and it should too.
We don't know what would be the issues, challenges to be faced by Muslims in the coming next 100, 200 or 500 years but one thing we know that is the Holy Quran would still be relevant even then as the interpretation under FIQH will evolve and give relevant solutions which will not contradict the Holy Quran and yet essence of the Holy Quran will also be maintained
But at least Islam teaches universal brotherhood, right?

“The brotherhood of Islam is not the universal brotherhood of man. It is brotherhood of Muslims for Muslims only. There is a fraternity, but its benefit is confined to those within that corporation.”

the major problem is the interpretation; what happens when one judge does not agree with another? Interpretation is always subjective and changes with time.

A very sincere advice Sir. I have seen umpteen videos of yours and have consistently seen that whenever it comes to explaining regarding Islamic rulings or imparting information regarding Islaam you falter and sometimes grossly.
When you already declare that you're not an expert in Islamic law you should spend sometime with atleast 3-4 scholars of atleast 1-2 hours session so that you can accumulate all information and then reach to a proper conclusion. When you will challenge them with your understanding they will be providing the basis why they are correct based upon hadith and Qur'an.
It is a sincere advice to please spare some time and spend with scholars like Shaykh Aneesur Rahman, Shaykh Ubaidur Rahman, Shaykh Noorul Hasan, Shaykh Abu Rizwan Muhammadi.
Please do it for yourself Sir and not for your viewers. Because you will be questioned for everything you say whether deliberate or ignorance coz if you don't know you should keep quiet.
I know this comment may not find your attention and if Allaah wills and it does then it is going to be very difficult out of your busy schedule, but know that we all have to die and will be questioned so at least find time for your akhirah.
May Allaah guide you and me to success. Aameen.
