    What I did was to divide 9% by 12 then multiplied it by 4.then multiplied it with 10000/4 so 2500 multiplied by 3%

      Hello, the interest is on yearly basis so to calculate for 1 month you do the following 9%*10000 /12 = 75

      Hello, it's( 0.09*10000/12)
      9% annual and only one month has passed!

      @@devnay8132 It is the long way of getting to the correct answer. I didn't do it how the person who posted the video, but I did get it using the 4 months.

      The 4 month is the period after which you have to pay the note payable and the interest due@@devnay8132
